Belle Tire review: Tire repair, oil change, manager

Had a tire repaired and it still leaks, had an oil change done and the washer fluid is low, I called and talked to the manager who was a retard whom I had to spell my last name to him three different times and still got it wrong then I asked if they top of the washer fluid with an oil change and he said, sometimes! WTF! Then he decided to be a smart [censored] on the phone.
