Belle Tire review: Poor customer service

Been a customer of Discount Tire for many years decided to give Belle Tire Machesney Park, lL a try stopped by on Sept 5 Th 2026 to get a spare tire and rim customer service rep said they had tire in stock they would reach out to rim manufacture to order rim they would call me when they got it in week goes by I heard nothing so I stop in on Sept 12 2026 and talked to another service rep he said he would leave a note with first person I talked with another week goes by still no contact.
I will be sticking with Discount Tire.
