I recently had an experience with All States Ag Parts, specifically their website tractorpartsasap.com. At first, I was excited to receive a 10% discount code, but unfortunately, when I tried to use it, I was told that it was not valid. This was a bit disappointing, as I was hoping to save some money on my order.

To make matters worse, it took me a long time to figure out why my order was not being processed. Eventually, I decided to go ahead with it, but there was no real feedback to indicate that a checkbox needed to be checked. The privacy checkbox appeared to be part of the PayPal process, which I wasn't using. It would have been helpful if a modal had popped up to make the issue a little more clear. I do know a bit about customer experience, having worked in IT and retail for over 25 years.

Overall, I feel like All States Ag Parts did themselves a disservice with the coupon issue. I was hoping to get additional parts for my other tractors, but now I will likely look elsewhere. It's a shame, because I had heard good things about their products and service. Hopefully, they can improve their website and customer experience in the future.

My husband recently made a purchase from All States Ag Parts (tractorpartsasap.com) for a new radiator, water pump, and a few miscellaneous parts. Although the order arrived in a decent amount of time, we were disappointed to find that the fin on the radiator had fallen off during shipping and was never soldered. Additionally, the water pump was defective on the shaft. We were told that the extras we ordered weren't needed, but they ended up being the only usable pieces.

After contacting Mr. Reams, he assured us that he would send a call tag as soon as possible. However, he mentioned that he was busy and that our parts wouldn't be shipped until the defective parts were returned, inspected, and a determination was made on what to do next. We spent over $400 on parts that turned out to be useless, and we are unable to plant our crops due to this issue. Unfortunately, we have not received any response from All States Ag Parts despite sending photos and reaching out to their Help Center.

It's frustrating to have spent so much money on parts that are defective and unusable. We hope that All States Ag Parts will take responsibility for their mistake and provide us with a solution soon. Y'all are just fantastic! I ain't got no complaints about your service, so please don't change a thing. I've been dealing with you for a while now and I gotta say, Marv in Salem is a real lifesaver. I was looking for some parts that I thought I'd never find, but Marv came through for me. All I had was the year of manufacture, make, and four cylinders, but Marv was able to find the parts I needed and get them to me in just one day! That's what I call awesome service!

The only thing that kinda gets me is the cost of overnight shipping. I know it's expensive, and it's probably gonna get even more expensive, but maybe y'all could give us a heads up before we place our orders. Regular shipping is usually a lot cheaper and only takes a day or two longer. Most of my projects aren't time-sensitive, so I don't mind waiting a few extra days. I usually have a few things going on at once anyway, and I bet a lot of other guys are the same way.

This website is a bit of a challenge to navigate. Whenever I tried to search for a specific part or part number, I would get a whole bunch of unrelated listings that made it difficult to find what I was looking for. Plus, there aren't any diagrams available to help me identify the right part number. Even when I did find a part number elsewhere, sometimes it wouldn't show up on the website. I wanted to order more exhaust and intake parts, but only the intake itself was available. I couldn't find any gaskets, bolts, studs, or anything else that I needed.

However, I was pleased to see that my order was shipped through U.P.S. I only order from merchants that use U.P.S. because they are a union carrier. One of the parts I received didn't fit my tractor, but when I called to report the issue, they quickly sent me a return label and a new part. I'm still waiting to see if the new part fits, but I appreciate their willingness to make things right. It's not their fault that the numbers on the box were correct.

Overall, I think this website could use some improvements in terms of search functionality and part availability. But I appreciate their commitment to customer service and their use of a union carrier for shipping.

I made an order on 05/12 for a part that cost me $1476.00 from All States Ag Parts (tractorpartsasap.com). I was so excited to receive it on 05/20, but when I opened the package, it was the WRONG part. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I called them right away to report the issue, and they worked out getting it picked up. They told me that I wouldn't receive a refund until they received the part. I was so worried that I might not get my money back.

Finally, they received the wrong part back on 05/31, and I received an email on 06/01 that they had given me a credit back on my card. I was so relieved to hear that, but it's been 3 weeks, and I still haven't seen the credit show up on my card. I've been so patient, but I've filed a dispute, and hopefully, I will eventually get my $1476 back for a problem that was THEIR fault. It's not fair for me to have to pay this bill for a part that I do not have.

I've been trying to reach out to their customer service, but it has been less than helpful. Even though I have emailed multiple times, all I get is "Oh... yea... looks like they did a credit memo... ok... bye." I want someone to actually look and make sure the credit WAS applied to my card. No way should it still not be showing up after 3 weeks. I've emailed again today, so HOPEFULLY, I can get an answer.

I recently sent my John Deere steering valve to All States Ag Parts (tractorpartsasap.com) to be rebuilt. Unfortunately, the process took much longer than I was originally quoted. When I finally received the valve back and reinstalled it, my tractor still had steering issues. When I contacted the company, they immediately blamed the tractor instead of the valve. However, we had already tested the pressure and flow to the steering valve, so I knew that wasn't the issue.

After much back and forth, they finally agreed to take the valve back and check it for repairs. However, weeks went by without any updates. When I contacted them again, they informed me that they had completely lost my steering valve! I was frustrated, but they promised to get me a replacement valve as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it took weeks for me to receive the replacement valve, and when I installed it, it was even worse than the first one!

Upon disassembling and inspecting the valve, I found parts that had been scored and welded inside. This was unacceptable, as nothing should be welded inside a steering valve. It looked like a grad school student could have done a better job! I was left with a valve that was so mangled that it couldn't be rebuilt. They did return my initial money for the rebuild of my original steering valve, but now I was stuck with a junk valve that was useless.

I had to buy a complete new steering valve from John Deere and install it on my tractor, which worked perfectly. However, if I had received my original valve back in good condition, I could have had it rebuilt elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. I spent the last few weeks calling All States Ag Parts and getting the runaround. Someone at this company needs to see the poor quality of work they are putting out there. This is absolutely unacceptable!

The "rebuilt" replacement steering valve they sent me was a disaster. Nothing in this valve should have been welded, and the scores and gouging from it being in a bench vice were unacceptable. Instead of using a spanner wrench, they used a hammer and punch and destroyed the nut. I have attached pictures to show the poor quality of workmanship.

Overall, I would not recommend All States Ag Parts (tractorpartsasap.com) for any repairs or replacements. Their work is shoddy, and their customer service is lacking. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for your tractor parts needs.

I recently made a purchase of almost $2000 worth of parts from All States Ag Parts (tractorpartsasap.com) around December 20. I was excited to see that the site advertised free shipping over $250, but unfortunately, there were all kinds of exceptions and I ended up having to pay almost $200 for shipping. When the parts arrived, I was disappointed to find that they were wrapped in bubble wrap inside their boxes and were damaged. I tried to reach out to the company, but never received any type of response.

After several attempts to contact them, I finally spoke with the person I bought the parts from, who was apparently the only person I could deal with regarding a refund. To make matters worse, some of the other parts I ordered did not fit correctly and the only solution I was given was to send them back and pay for shipping, and they would credit me the difference.

As if that wasn't bad enough, one of the items I ordered was on backorder, which I was not aware of. They debited my account twice for it, then credited it back and debited it again. The initial purchase of almost $2000 was debited from my account, but then it was debited again and credited back three more times. It was a real headache!

I also had problems buying a part through them on eBay, which is a totally separate platform. It was an absolute travesty when I tried to purchase a $2000 hydraulic pump because they did not have one in stock when I called, but eBay had one on their store through them. It was a frustrating experience.

I've been dealing with this company for the past six months and it's been a nightmare. They always have an excuse for everything and when I can't get a hold of the person I bought the parts from, they tell me they're sick or on vacation. They always say the manager will get back with me, but it's been three weeks and not one thing has been taken care of. Mind you, I've spent almost $4000 with them this past year.

To top it off, the last bunch of parts I received were damaged and it was clear that they were damaged before they were even wrapped in bubble wrap. It's been a real disappointment dealing with this company and I would caution anyone considering buying from them to beware.

One item in particular, which I won't name here, was described incorrectly in the system. The description was similar to another item I had ordered, so I mistakenly ordered it based on that description. When it arrived, I quickly realized that it wouldn't fit and wasn't as described. However, I was pleased with the help I received from Chuck Burkett, who went out of his way to make things right. He believed that the wrong product had been pulled from inventory and personally went to retrieve the correct item for me. He sent it to me promptly and I was able to complete my project.

Unfortunately, I encountered a similar issue with the second assembly I received. It also did not match the online description in some key areas. After doing some research, I found the assembly for the right side and ordered the left side assembly as well to ensure that I had a usable pair. I will be sending the two incorrect assemblies back and hope that my debit card will receive the appropriate credit for the return. Chuck has already sent me a shipping label for the first assembly, but I may need another for the second.

Aside from these issues, I also had some concerns about the packaging of my order. The heavy assembly was in a box with several smaller items, and the assembly had knocked the end right out of the box during shipping. It was lucky that none of the smaller items fell out during transit.

One item in particular, the hood badge, had a problem that I was able to fix myself. The screws provided were self-tapping, but the tapping part was so long that no thread reached the badge when inserted through the thick plastic of the hood top. I ended up using self-tapping screws of the same overall length, but with thread all the way and thin slices in the end to tap the badge hole with threads. It worked best to do a dry run of inserting the screws in the badge before putting it on the hood.

Despite these issues, I was pleased with the help I received from Chuck. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. However, I do think that there is a point where the computer data needs to be checked against the reality of what the product really is.

Finally, I want to mention the interface for placing an order. It was a bit confusing and frustrating at times. I spent a long time trying to figure out why it wouldn't ship to my country, changing my address multiple times, deleting my cart, and rebooting my computer. The message I received varied, but it kept sending me back to the main menu. Eventually, I spotted a little ZONOS icon at the bottom left of the screen (which was barely visible) with a Turkish emblem on it. I Googled the address to find out what it was and clicked it, which allowed me to change my shipping address. It would be helpful if the website provided clearer instructions for changing the shipping address. I'm not sure how Turkey was activated, and I also noticed that I didn't have an order history for my first invoice. I wonder if these issues are related in some way.

I recently ordered a part from All States Ag Parts (tractorpartsasap.com) and unfortunately, it didn't quite fit my tractor. The part had two sizes and two applications, and I accidentally ordered the one with a diameter of 4.25 inches, while the OEM part was only 3.75 inches. This size was meant for a 444 DIESEL or 424 GAS tractor, but my tractor is a 444 GAS.

I was a bit disappointed that the website didn't have a more detailed description of the part, including the correct dimensions for each application. It would have saved me some trouble if I had known that the part I ordered was not the right size for my tractor.

I gotta say, I had high hopes for All States Ag Parts (tractorpartsasap.com), but unfortunately, my experience wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. Don't get me wrong, the parts I received were of good quality, but they weren't exactly what I needed.

See, I was looking for seals for the steering column, but what I got were hydraulic cylinder seals. Now, I'm not saying these parts won't come in handy someday, but they're not gonna help me fix the leak I have right now. The leak is coming out just below the steering wheel, and I don't have a part number to go off of. I tried describing the part I needed, but I was pretty disappointed with what I got.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying All States Ag Parts is a bad company or anything like that. I'm sure they have plenty of satisfied customers out there. But for me, this experience just wasn't what I was hoping for. Maybe next time I'll have better luck.

I recently purchased a spindle from All States Ag Parts for my 285 Massey tractor. As it is an orchard model, I had trouble finding the correct spindle. Eventually, I decided to order the longer one and cut it down to size myself. I also had to make a new keyway.

However, when I went to get a nut for the spindle, I realized that the end should have been cut down to 7/8 instead of 1.25. This was a mistake on their part, but since I had already modified the spindle, I couldn't send it back. Needless to say, I was not happy with this situation.

In the future, I will be shopping elsewhere for my tractor parts. It's frustrating to have to deal with mistakes like this, especially when they are not your own. I hope that All States Ag Parts can improve their quality control processes to prevent these kinds of issues from happening in the future.

I got an email from All States Ag Parts on June 26th, 2020 about their 22nd anniversary sale. They said that camera kit #*** was on sale for $199.99 each, so I decided to order two of them. However, when I checked out, they charged me $235 each instead of the sale price. I called customer service and they told me to proceed with the checkout and it would correct itself, but it didn't. So, I called back and spoke to Eric. He assured me that he would make sure I got the credit on my card and that he would honor the sale price of $199 each. I really hope that happens because I was counting on that sale price.

I gotta say, I was a little disappointed with the prices over at All States Ag Parts (tractorpartsasap.com). I mean, I coulda got the same dang thing over at O Reilley Auto Parts for about half the price! And don't even get me started on the shipping costs - they were sky high for something this size. I'm a big Amazon shopper, and I never pay this much for shipping on items like this.

But hey, I needed this filter right away, so I didn't have much of a choice. It's a good thing they had it in stock, or I woulda had to go somewhere else. Maybe if they had given me a first time customer discount or something, I woulda been more likely to come back. Just sayin'.

So, I gotta say, I had a bit of trouble finding what I needed on the All States Ag Parts website. I mean, I put in the part number I was looking for, but then I got a whole bunch of other options that didn't really seem related. Like, what's up with that? It wasn't super specific, ya know?

Anyway, I was trying to find parts for my old 3010 John Deere, and I gotta say, I wasn't able to find everything I needed. Out of the nine parts I was looking for, I could only find four on the site. Bummer, right?

But hey, if they really want to make me a happy customer, I've got the part numbers for the other five pieces I need. If they can find those for me, I'll be more than happy to order them from All States Ag Parts. I mean, I already ordered four parts from them, so why not add a few more to the list, right?

Overall, I think All States Ag Parts has some work to do when it comes to their website and finding specific parts. But hey, they seem like a decent company, and I'm willing to give them another shot if they can help me out with those other parts. Thanks for asking, guys!

This website ain't the clearest when it comes to tax exemption forms. I thought I was good to go after signing it, but turns out it don't apply to my current order. Took me two phone calls and a lot of confusion to figure that out. Had to bite the bullet and pay the tax 'cause I needed them parts. They need to make it crystal clear that the form won't work for the current order. Took me over 45 minutes to sort this mess out and it kinda hurt our relationship. Hope they fix this for future customers. Thanks.

I bought a 3pt from All States Ag Parts at their Sikeston MO location. I was hoping it would fit my 350 Case Steiger tractor. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong one. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured I could just return it and get my money back.

Well, that turned out to be easier said than done. When I called to ask about returning it, I was told that they wouldn't take it back. I was pretty frustrated, but I didn't give up. I kept calling and eventually, I was told that I could return it after all.

When I got to the store to return it, I was met with a pretty unfriendly attitude. The person I talked to seemed annoyed that I was returning something and didn't seem to care that it was the wrong part. To make matters worse, I was told that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee, which ended up being $1200.

I was pretty upset about the whole thing. It wasn't my mistake, but I was the one who had to pay for it. I don't think that's fair at all. I think I should have received a full refund, especially considering how I was treated.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience at All States Ag Parts. I don't think I'll be using them again in the future.

I was really excited to order a part for my tractor on Monday at 12:25 pm, and I even paid $70.19 for UPS next day shipment. I called and left a message to make sure the part would ship out the same day, but when Tuesday rolled around and the part didn't arrive, I called again. They told me that they hadn't shipped it yet, which was really frustrating. I asked if I could cancel the order, but they refused.

Finally, the part arrived the following Monday at 6:06 pm, but it was shipped UPS second day instead of UPS next day. I was really upset and complained to them, telling them that I wanted to leave a review and asking where the link was. But instead of helping me out, they put what they called a temporary block on my account.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend ordering from these folks unless you want to risk having a similar experience. It's really disappointing to pay extra for next day shipping and not even get the part for a week. Plus, their customer service wasn't very helpful or understanding.
