I don't think it's right that Bear Pile lets sellers like this get away with being mean to customers. They should do more to protect people who buy things on their site. I wouldn't recommend using Bear Pile if you want to avoid mean sellers who might bully and harass you.

Tammy, the creator of the bear, puts a lot of love and care into making them. The bear came with a laminated information card and was beautifully wrapped. It was not just wrapped in tissue paper, but packaged with love. This is the second bear I have adopted online and both have come packaged so beautifully that it was a dream to unwrap them.
