Bealls review: Cooling dog bed

I purchased item less than three weeks prior and was told I could return it. It had already tore and leaking out clear cooling gel from inside and was told it would have to have original packaging and look new for a refund. Was not told this prior. They said they could look up number and do a refund. They said they probably couldn't take it back even with the receipt because it was dirty. I was not told this before I brought it back to the store. Very unsatisfactory
