Beachsissi review: Return to Beachsissi

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my return process for order #BH1745434, placed on October 9th, 2023.

I returned the swimwear items from Beachissisi, which were sent back with the tracking number LH208769007US. I would like to bring to your attention the extended delay in processing my refund, which has been pending for a staggering four months.

To compound the matter, I find it highly concerning that, despite multiple attempts to seek resolution through emails, I have received unsatisfactory responses. Not only have I not received my full refund, but I have also been told that only 15% of the total amount is being considered for return. This is unacceptable, especially considering the additional $46.00 I had to incur to ship the items back.

I have diligently followed your instructions to "continue waiting" and "check on the status of my return," yet there has been no progress or transparency regarding the resolution of this matter. As a customer, I believe I am entitled to a timely and fair resolution.
