I ordered 4 things from BCW, but I didn't get any of them. When I told BCW about it, they just gave me the runaround. They don't seem to care once they have your money.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I emailed to get an update on my order, but the customer service rep canceled it! I had to go back and place my order again. I waited for 2 weeks! Management should be ashamed of their operations. Everything is back-ordered. How difficult is it to make boxes? This company won't last long if they continue like this.

I thought I was getting a whole case of 10 boxes when I ordered from BCW Diversified, Inc. But I only got one box for about $35, including shipping. That's crazy expensive! I contacted customer service to find out what happened, but all they did was send me a picture of the item listing. Don't waste your money buying from this company. Their item descriptions are very misleading, especially since they say they have competitive prices.

I ordered 71 things from BCW Diversified, Inc. like 2 weeks ago. They charged my card right away, but now they say some stuff is backordered and won't ship for like 2 months. Why would they charge my card if they don't even have the stuff? It doesn't make sense. So I talked to customer service. They said the things that are in stock will ship right away, but the backordered stuff will ship later. Okay, cool. But it's been 10 days and I haven't heard anything, no shipping, no tracking number. So I talked to customer service again. They gave me different answers about when my stuff will ship and said they'll "take care of me." It's just ridiculous. They don't know how to run a business.

If you have an issue that needs fixing, they will ignore you and you can't do anything about it except annoy them. 3. Want a refund? Well, get ready to pay for the return shipping, even if it costs the same as the item itself. Oh, and they'll also charge you a 15% restocking fee, just in case. 4. Are you a loyal customer who buys a lot of items every quarter and likes their products? Well, they don't care about any of that. Once you have a small problem, and I mean small, and you hope for a caring business that can help, forget it! They'll just spit in your face and regret ever buying from them. 5. Shipping times are a joke. I had to wait twice as long because the original shipment was returned to them. And that was before the coronavirus. It's even more ridiculous now.
Pros: 1. The products are excellent... yeah, that's about it.
