This was my third time using MBT for bathroom upgrades or completely redesign. A better company you cannot find. It is always satisfying to deal with a company that is highly professional from concept design to full product delivery and installation. A special thanks to Ray, Aaron and Aaron, who really worked hard to bring the complete overhaul of my bathroom to fruition. Excellent customer interacton, meeting schedules as promised, and striving for customer satisfaction. Who could ask for anything more. Will recommend to others. Barbara C

I recently had my master bathroom totally remodeled by Metropolitan Bath and Tile. A 5-Star job well done from start to finish. Thanks to Tom H (estimators), Rebecca (lead Designer), Ray & Ji (production), Mario and Walter ( the best bathroom construction team, considering the limited amount of space to work), (the plumbing team) and ,(the electrical team), and Quelvis (Dry wall replacement specialist). I've needed a few minor touch-ups or repairs for my new shower that Metropolitan Bath & Tile installed in late June , and every time, they have stood by their product and performed a marvelous job with friendliness, professionalism and efficiency. When I first purchased my new shower, it was more expensive than I thought, but it has been worth every penny. I really appreciate good work, especially in these days were in lately. The old adage still remains true: "you get what you pay for." And I will continue to have Metropolitan Bath & Tile do my remodeling work in the future!

After being hospitalized, I had to have some grab bars installed in our showers to provide me with stability. After numerous calls, I decided upon Metropolitan Bath and Tile Showrooms. The individual I spoke to referred Ji Jung to me. He was very receptive to questions from both my husband and myself. Ji was very patient, explaining to me that I would not want a grab bar close to my head (Ji was right). Nor would I need an extended bar! He was right again! Ji was very quick and ensured that both bathrooms were dust-free. We will definitely choose Metropolitan Bath and Tile Showrooms should we ever need this assistance again. 16 years ago we engaged MB&T to do a major master bath remodeling and we were very happy with their work. Recently our shower tiling required scraping and recaulking (not as a result of any work that they did) and we also wanted a grab bar installed. I was pleased to discover that MB&T could help us with this small job as well. We're very satisfied with the total experience of contracting with Metropolitan Bath & Tile. The scope of work was to install safety grab bars in two bathrooms, and we needed them installed as soon as possible as my wife was being discharged from the hospital after undergoing emergency surgery. From scheduling the in-house scope of work and design review to the completion of the project, MTB exceeded our expectations. All this being accomplished under the extenuating circumstances of COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. We are totally satisfied with both the quality of the product and the installation. We highly recommend MTB be considered for your bath and tile project.

My husband and I are in our golden years and need a little help getting in and out of the shower safely. I called MBT to inquire about installing a couple of grab bars. I must say that it took a while to get someone to call me back, but when I found Ji J... he took care of my needs and concerns and listened and understood exactly what I needed. One of my concerns was the installation process. I was afraid that it may damage the tile. Omar showed up on time and did a great job explaining what he was going to do - before he did it. Needless to say- the project was completed to near perfection. This was the second time I used MBT for my project in my home. I would recommend them for any job.

We contracted MBT to remodel our basement half bathroom. This included fixing the cracked concrete floor, and moving a wall to rough in and install a new shower. The process required upgrading the existing bathroom plumbing as well as reworking the adjacent laundry room plumbing. The electrical was also rewired and a pocket door was installed. The shower walls and bathroom floor were completely tiled. The MBT primary crew was great - Mike, Sid and Andrew; as well as Mike #2 and Miguel. They are all true craftsmen and it shows. The work product is outstanding and beautiful down to every detail. This is the third time we have used MBT. If you're looking for superior quality bathroom remodel service, we highly recommend them!

We are so proud and pleased with our new shower install. Metropolitan Bath and Tile installed a completely new shower and tub surround as well as new vanity tops in our Master Bath (MBT). From the moment the installers arrived at our home each working day, they made sure that everything in our home was protected from dust and dirt while working and cleanup on ending each day. They kept us abreast of each day's progress and made sure that items or parts being installed were to our liking. The installers were very friendly and worked in a very professional manner. Our estimator, who just happened to be the owner, Ray, was so personable and precise in his presentation to us. I received outstanding customer service from the staff at Metropolitan Bath and Tile in Bowie. From the point of entry on the telephone with administrative staff, with the expert sales representative and the technician that conducted the work. All of the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I am a person that asks lots of questions and the sales/estimator representative was informative, patient and followed up as he promised. The workman/technician arrived on time, put on his mask and protective shoe coverings and went to work. He was clearly meticulous and wanted to ensure that the products were installed properly. He explained his work to me as he went. I was pleased that he left the work spaces immaculate- no debris, no trash was left behind. He was amazing! I was very impressed with the exceptional work and the professional customer service offered by Metro Bath & Tile. I will definitely utilize them for my next home bathroom project!

I thought that Metropolitan Bath and Tile (MBT) made it easy to design and select all of the components of the bathroom I envisioned with their process that includes, first, a visit from one of their their representatives to your home and then my visit to one of their showrooms and help that I received from their representative at the showroom. I thought that the work was done on a timely basis and the workers very professional and reliable. Most importantly, the work was excellent resulting in a wonderful finished product. Two things I should mention include the fact that they do not do any painting which meant I had to arrange for that separately. They were helpful and cooperative with that but I still would have preferred that they just include that in their scope of work. Second, they are probably a little more expensive than many other contractors but they are a good example of "you get what you pay for". Given the bathroom I had in the end I feel they were well worth the cost and I would hire them again.

MBT has my strongest recommendation! Couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, prices and the work they performed. Their technician called fifteen minutes out to let me know when he'd be arriving. Showed up precisely on time. Even though it wasn't necessary, he wore booties throughout his stay (and a face mask - so kudos!), confirmed what spots I was looking to have re-grouted/repaired, explained to me what he would be doing (and suggested that the work in the shower stall was mainly cosmetic and that the tiles weren't loose, and that there wasn't significant underlying damage), and gave me an estimate for how long he thought he would be. When he completed his repairs, he again showed me what had been done, explained that the grout would blend as it dried, and cautioned against using the shower stall for at least 24 hours to allow the grout to cure. I realize it was a very small job, but MBT made me feel as though it was one of their most important of the day. Will definitely recommend to anyone who has work to be done, large or small!

Many of us use this time of the relative seclusion caused by Covid-19 for improvements of our homes and apartments. It was my experience with Metropolitan Bath and Tile (MBT) that made my Holiday 2020 Season a happier one. From my first conversation with the production manager, Ji Jung, to the finished work it was an excellent experience. I was met with the professionals whose word was always kept whether we discussed the schedule for the appointments or details of work. The quality of work performed by people who are employed by MBT has been exceptionally high. To be specific, it took Jonathan Wheeler less than two days to remove the old door and install a new one in my shower and to replace damaged tiles in my bathroom. He was always punctual (even when it was raining heavily) and left the apartment and the bathroom spotless. He was thoughtful trying to avoid making noise which might disturb my neighbors. I have never before had such a perfect job done in less time than expected. If it would be a classroom Metropolitan Bath and Tile would deserve A+ for the work done in my bathroom. I have lived in my house since 2001. Over the years we've had the roof replaced, windows replaced, and various plumbing work and appliance replacement. Of all of the experiences we've had with workmen at the house, Metropolitan Bath and Tile was by far the best. The two men were professional, polite, clean and extremely careful (extra care taken during this pandemic). Both my husband and I were able to telework without disruption while the work was being done. The work took about a week and a half, and the workmen left our house with everything very clean. The bathroom was right off of our master bedroom, and we were able to sleep in our room each night. That's how much care these guys took to clean up before they left for the day. The finished bathroom is better than I imagined. The project was completed on time and within budget. The tiling is beautiful, and I view these workers as artists. Don't tell my husband, but I'm starting to think about the next bathroom in our house for an overhaul. No question will we return to Metropolitan Bath and Tile for that work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering work done on their bathroom.

Having used Metro Bath & Tile once before and being very pleased with their work, I wanted to do business with them again. This time, I needed to have a shower installed that was handicapped accessible, and they are certified for that type of work. They understood my needs and made it happen. From the beginning of the project to the end, the process went smoothly �" from the patient and helpful assistance of Wendy in the Towsend showroom to the very skilled and specialized professional installer who crafted two beautiful bathrooms, it all exceeded my expectations. Paul is the expert who specializes in handicapped accessible installations. He did all the work for both bathrooms and was the most professional, thorough, considerate and polite person I have ever done business with. I also want to mention how much I liked that Metro Bath & Tile only started the project when they had all the materials necessary to complete it. Once the work was started, it didn't stop until it was finished. At the end of each day, the installer review what was completed that day and informed me of the work to be done the next day. If I could give Metro Bath & Tile more than a 5-Star rating, I would. Being able to have my husband sit in a shower chair and roll into the shower now is a life changer for us because that eliminates the possibility of him falling in the shower again. As before, I am extremely happy with the remodel of my two bathrooms and highly recommend them to family and friends. Their excellent quality of work remains consistent and is unsurpassed. I love my two new bathrooms!
