I recently had Batchelor's Service come out for a routine HVAC maintenance, and I must say, their professionalism was top-notch. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain what was being done. I appreciated the thoroughness of the service; my system has been running smoothly since. It's a relief to find a dependable service that takes the worry out of home maintenance. I'll definitely be using them for my future HVAC needs.

I called and made an appointment for them to service my A/C unit. The technician came out, came inside looked at the unit, walked around my house and spent about 7 or 8 minutes with a tank and came back inside and stated that the amount was 362.75. The problem was never discuss. I received a copy of the invoice the next day stating that the technician discussed with my husband the problem and that he explained that putting gas in the unit he could not say how long it would last, that conversation never took place. There is no way that I would pay 362.75 for gas in a unit not knowing how long or if it would cool the house. I told the lady tat like knowing that my gas tank has a whole in it and go to the gas station and fill my car up knowing it will go right through. I want my money back, the writing on the invoice is untrue. That never happened before my husband could asked anything he sat in the truck for a few minutes and left. It is 85 degrees in my house and it's unacceptable.
