Golf cart tires have worn out twice with under 800miles, only use to drive around the campground that has paved roads

Purchased from a Bintelli dealer and my LSV has had the tires worn out twice. The most recent tires were placed in May, it is now August and one tire is bald and the other is balding. The dealer states its a Bintelli issue but is not helping much;, cart only used on paved roads and tires continue wear out and don't last an entire season - looking for help to rectify as I cannot continue to buy new tires every season
