BankMobile App review: Awful

Have been locked out and literally can't prove I am who I am and has stricter guidelines than the literal federal government. I completely gave up on using any sort of online platform and now they're threatening me to take me to state court.

I have given them countless times my proof of address but because I had to move given my current circumstances and my current ID does not show the current address I currently live at they treat me as if I am a stranger and not who I say that I am.

I have given them my current student ID with a copy of my schedule and that student ID has my name attached to it.

I have given them my passport and drivers license that can be used to Identify me Federally.

I have called them about 4 times and wasted about 10 hours on hold to get this resolved but every time I finally get a representative they shrug me off and act like I'm causing them a problem by holding them back from another client that they're more than likely screwing over.

They are bad news.
