On January 2,2024 my account had a hold put on it due to a compromised Account. it states. I have 10 days from the date of The hold being place to turn in all verifications. They request in order to prove my identity and regain access to my account. first off I didn't receive any notice of this compromised account. Until almost the twelfth of january 2024 and when I did learn about it immediately. I uploaded my driver's license front and back as well as The form with questions About my personal information, In which was Uploaded the same time. The Driver's license was Uploaded. when I called customer service. They told me they had escalated my verification documents to be viewed by the right team and it would take 24 to 48 Hours to be verify and that I would receive a notice when the team was done with their investigation. So everyday, I called customer service Hotline to check on the verifications and every time I call. They tell me I'm so sorry, ma'am, about your situation, but we have 48 hours to view documents and our team has not finished viewing the documents so there's nothing I can do to help you. Its already been escalated. Today is january 20, 2024 and my account is still locked. My funds are still not accessible and guess what? They're telling me ma'am we have 48 hrs And until the team has verified the documents. There's nothing that I can do to help you. also, their famous saying is that they're open from whatever Eastern time to 11 PM Eastern time 7 days a week and if there's anything that you need to give them a call. It has been 18 days that I've been waiting 24 to 48 hours for my documents to be verifand I turned all of them in immediately upon finding out the need for them. Why am I still waiting for my money to be unlocked so that I. Can access my funds. this has been a nuisance for me and my family. unfortunately, we are currently homeless without a vehicle. I have 3 children and we have no money. Because my account cannot be accessed. with no. Superior to speak to.

And no resolution being made.

I have literally heard the same b*Phrase for 18 days about how they are not doing their job. And I cannot speak with them to have it done. How much longer will I have to wait? These are my only friends. I don't have a job. I have 3 children. What am I supposed to do? This company is a joke. Their people are very proper thoughtless.

Thoughtless and pointless. If they can't even transfer the phone to the proper department to have issues resolved, they are simplease stagnant and should be replaced with a recording. I am very unsatisfied with this company and as soon as my funds are unlocked and available. I will be withdrawing them from my account. Shutting my account down and never again. Will I ever use bank mobile not a happy customer at all!

Claimed loss: Well as a single homeless mother of 3 children with have. I couldn't tell you what the dollar round would be. But eighteen days of serious struggle trying to feed my children and keep them warm with zero dollars

Desired outcome: I want my funds accessible immediately. I want to withdraw my funds from my account in full and then I want to shut my account down and never, ever.Ever use this bank As far as i'm concerned I will move to chime
