The Estate of Michael D. Annau has a credit amount as verified by the statement dated August 16, 2026. A $1.60 return on July 9 was received on this card, followed by a payment of $3,145.11. Card # [protected]

I have called customer service and been advised that the local bank could settle the matter for me. They cannot. Tara Longbotham, branch manager of the Camrose BMO, contacted BMO credit card and advised me on September 15, 2026, that a cheque would be arriving. I have received no further contact and no cheque has been received.

Claimed loss: $1,346.71

Desired outcome: Please send remittance to 34 Park Ridge Drive, Camrose, Alberta. T4V 4P1
