I wrote a large check to pay off my credit card. It was suspected of fraud. I explained to to the rep what happened. This was not good enough. Over ten days later my card is on hold. This caused me major headaches. For being a good customer for over ten years I feel insulted. Once this issue is resolved I wii never use your card again. I have been accepted for a new card with another bank
