I'm an online student and receive my financial aid funds through Bankmobile in March of 2025. I received a call stating that my account was hacked and 1 000.00 was on its way to Russia. A woman named Emma told me to go to my local ATM to take money out so that Bankmobile can replace the funds. The number I always called ended in 9515. This Emma works in the fraud department at Bank mobile. My account was locked from 3/26/2025-April 10,2025. I received a phone call from Bankmobile stating they closed my account and I received a new card. When I tried to activate the card it said that it didn't recognized my information. My account is closed again and Bankmobile isn't providing the necessary answers. I'm being told that it's under investigation. How can an account be under investigation when it was only opened for 2 days and I couldn't activate the card. I need this money to start my next term and Bankmobile isn't being cooperative at all.
