I purchased a watch for $90 from the company. I received a package delivered by the US Postal Service. When I opened the package the box was empty - there was no watch inside. I filed a complaint with Banggood and have been getting the run around through slow E-mail response and with each E-mail requesting another piece of information - which had already been supplied to them through the pictures sent to them. The last request required me to go to the Post Office and file a complaint with the Post Office. I am elderly and have mobility issues so this is not something that I can do except right off the $91 and warn other people about Banggood and the inaction on customer issues. This is a problem with their fulfillment services but they made it my problem. All I can say is Buyer Be Ware.
