I feel like I am being harrassed as Banfield bills double and they are billing by credit card. I don't owe anything! I left for a while because of billing issues and I came back and they are double billing me and won't help me or even talk to me. This is not fair! There is no justice with Banfield and they are just plain mean to me when I call for help. The actual vet I now have is wonderful and would hate to leave her but I have disputed the double charge and they just turn around and do it again. I can't even talk to anyone. I wish someone there would tell me what this is all about and how to fix it. I am not behind in payments. I think they are trying to bill me for time I left. I am now with Margate Banfield but before I was with the Coral Springs office. They won't talk to me and tell me whats going on. They did tell my bank something, God only knows what lies they are telling. Bank said they told them 'some stuff' and my bank stopped them but now they are taking 1 or 2 pymts out of my account again every month. Everyday I have to be upset and check my account. I am so angry and feel like nobody cares and won't even talk to me. Can someone please give me the reason for this. I have exceptional credit and have always worked to keep it. I hope Banfield Corporate will help me before they ruin my credit.

PS I an living on Social Security and cannot afford this nonsense. I hope someone will help me and get these monthly deductions stopped. I continue to dispute them but it's getting ridiculous... Please help!
Desired outcome: I can get this cleared up and keep the vet I currently have in Margate, Fl and clear my records to show that I am paid in full!!!
