Resolved

order bolts back in June, never received bolts. Called bank after I seen charge on my card. Then the charge want away. Came home from vacation and the charge was on my statement for july 22 2014. Over a ;month since I order them. What a ripe off. Save your money. Now have to go back to my bank Citadel. Thanks Paul S. Michnuk
