False advertising. Will not adhere to 25 year warranty. Sealant put on in 3. Within two years as of 9 we have had to replace a 20' x 14' section of the deck due to extensive rot/decay as a result of a hard white substance between the deck joists and deck flooring. We have requested for two years for someone from the company to come look at the issue.

We signed a contract at the end of October and were suppose to receive a copy of the contract via email. We checked our email and our junk email and found we never received a copy of the contract. On December 2, my wife called and asked if we could cancel the contract because I have debilitating health issues that along with Covid are impacting our finances. My wife was informed that we should have cancelled within three days of signing the contract. At that time, my health wasn't such an issue and we thought Covid would be resolved by our installation date of February 8th. Furthermore, since we didn't have a copy of the contract and the representative left us without any paperwork, we didn't have the information necessary to contact the company.

After pressure washing the, what to expect after installation, page says "a ring of white haze may surround the knot holes AND OTHER AREAS after sealing, given time (approx. 60-90 days) IT WILL SUBSIDE. The gray is very evident all over the treated area. I called and spoke to Shawn one day and Ray on another day and they said that the photos taken prior to job and photos I sent them looked normal for this job. They also said that wood in the sun longer will be grayer, my photos show that this is not true on my steps. I pointed that out to them with no avail. I am very disappointed in the attitude of this company and the end results
