I got from Bag picky. I ordered a bag from their website and paid extra for express shipping, but it's been a while and I still haven't received it. I've tried emailing the company to ask about the status of my order, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's frustrating because I was really looking forward to using my new bag, and now I don't know when I'll get it. I hope they respond soon and can give me some answers. Overall, I'm disappointed with the service I've received from Bag picky.

So, I bought this backpack from Bag picky for my daughter's first day of school on August 10th. It hasn't even been a month yet, and her backpack is already in shambles! The letters on the bag have come off, and the strap is broken. I'm really disappointed with the quality of this backpack. It's terrible!

I got myself a Kobe USB charge backpack from Bag Picky on March 2nd. I gotta say, it's a pretty good quality bag. My son loves it too! It arrived way earlier than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I chose the free shipping option, which was supposed to take over a month to arrive, but it only took 14 days. The customer service was top-notch too, they were really helpful. Thanks a lot!

So, I was browsing through Bag picky (bagpicky.com) and I found a Slytherin Jacket that I really liked. The pictures on the website looked good, but I couldn't see the front patch emblem up close. I decided to order it anyway, hoping that it would be as good as it looked in the pictures.

When the jacket arrived, I was excited to try it on. But when I looked at the front patch, I was disappointed to see that it said 'Biyyherind' instead of Slytherin. I thought it was a mistake in the print, so I contacted customer support to let them know.

To my surprise, the response I got was not what I was expecting. They told me that it was the correct design and that they had sold a lot of them. I was shocked and disappointed. I didn't know what to do, and I didn't feel confident that I would get a refund.

So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I started looking for an appropriately sized new patch that I could sew on to cover up the mistake. It was a hassle, but I finally found one that would work.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Bag picky. The mistake in the print was a big letdown, and the response from customer support was not helpful at all. I hope that they can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.
