Bader Scott Injury Lawyers

I was real bummed out with Bader Scott Injury Lawyers LLC in Atlanta, Georgia when it came to my Worker's Comp case. Erika Oates, the lawyer they gave me, and Ms. Sanchez, the support person, didn't do a good job of keeping me in the loop. They didn't answer my calls or emails about what was going on with my case that started back in 2016. The last time I went to their office was in November for a Deposition hearing. It was a real sketchy situation and they acted all shady and unprofessional. After that, they didn't get in touch with me at all. I tried to contact them a bunch of times in 2018, 2019, and just recently, but they only told me today that they rejected my case in 2018. Marissa Ms. McKin, the Worker's Comp Director, said they sent me a letter about it on January 2, but I never got it. They said someone signed for it at my house, but I don't know who that was. I think they're trying to cover up their bad job of representing me. They didn't tell me that Erika Oates left their firm over two years ago, and I think they're avoiding me on purpose. I asked to talk to the owners, but they didn't call me back or nothing. It's messed up because I had two surgeries that I didn't get paid for because of their bad work. They don't respect me at all.

This law firm repped me for a workers comp claim over a year ago. They settled and I still ain't got $100 of the rest of the settlement. I emailed my lawyers twice (*** and ***) and Seth *** but no one hit me back. I left a bunch of voice messages for *** (paralegal) a few months ago and still ain't heard nothing about my final payment. When am I gonna get my money?
