I paid $700 upfront for an eviction process
I paid $700 upfront for an eviction process. The fee was $45 if only the eviction notice was served (the 30 day notice to leave the home). The tenants left within the 30 days, and no further action was required. No court fees, etc. I'm seeking reimbursement for the overpayment of $655, minus the $45 fee for the 30 day notice. I've left numerous voice messages (when I can, as the voice messages are usually full and you can't leave a message). I submitted a request on the website to contact me, and I also informed my real estate agent who made contact and was told I would be contacted, but I haven't ever been contacted.
