This company, Skip Lawyer Services Inc, is a total scam. They claim to help speed up the process of getting your green card, but it's all a lie. Jorge Medina, who calls himself a "Sr. Immigration Consultant," is a rude guy who just wants to take your money. He charges you $295 to fill out USCIS forms, but he won't actually submit or expedite them for you. You have to do all the work yourself. I strongly advise against using their services. It's much better to go directly to USCIS, download the forms, and submit them yourself. I tried to get a refund, but Jorge refused and got really angry and disrespectful on the phone. Seriously, stay away from this company. It's a complete scam! It's really disappointing that people like Jorge Medina at Skip Lawyer Services Inc are allowed to keep running their shady business and tricking innocent people.

This company, Skip Lawyer Services, Inc, is a total scam. They specifically target Latinx consumers who are vulnerable. They have refused to give a refund even though they didn't provide any service at all. Jorge M charged Maria G $395 to look over her citizenship documents. But Maria changed her mind and decided not to use their services, so she asked for her money back. She made multiple requests, as did her husband and daughter, Melissa. But Jorge flat out refused to give a refund. He got really aggressive and hostile, saying he wouldn't give a refund. He even sent disrespectful, insulting, and unprofessional text messages to Maria, saying he wouldn't give a refund and that he wouldn't talk about the case unless it was with a lawyer. In one of the text messages, written in Spanish, he said Maria should be embarrassed and ashamed of herself and asked if this was a "garden of kids" because so many family members called him asking for a refund. Jorge yelled and insulted Maria, who is a 57-year-old Mexican woman, and she unfortunately trusted him to help her. Just to be clear, Jorge never actually did anything. He didn't even review a single document, so he should definitely give a refund.

I too was scammed. They charged me $295 for forms that I could have had for free on the government website. I realized very quickly, (within 20 minuets) that I was not in a government website, but they refused to refund the $295 even though they had done nothing for me. They are really bad actors. They pointed me to places where they disclose that they are not affiliated with the US government. I needed a magnifying glass to see the small print. How can these websites be stopped from ripping off people who need help? Oh BTW, they claimed that I could not get my money back because I clicked "confirm". However the information said that I needed to click "confirm" to confirm my email address.
Oh and BTW they noted that the USCIS processing fee of $465 is not included. The actual fee to USCIS is $415. There goes another $50.00. Oh, and they said they were saving me 80% because I wasn't going to need a lawyer. Well, I didn't need a lawyer. It is a straight forward renewal with no complications. I have now filed directly with the US Government site. I had a letter within 3 days confirming my application and extending my green card by 2 years. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!
