Back Market – Updated return policy

I boycotted them for over a year, for their return policy that required the customer to find a computer and printer to print a return label. They now allow just a simple handwritten note enclosed with the defective product to start a return. I commend them for this change, I only wish they had not initially fought me so hard against it.
