Hi

I have requested and paid for my phone to be unlocked, these charges have already come out of my account and no phone unlock has happened and you are now asking for an additional £55 to carry on unlock. I have contacted my bank who have put a block on funds being taken as I have been unable to speak with any of your team over the phone. I want my money refunded back into my account (even though you say this not what you do), Vodafone have also not condoned this so called service to provide. My bank are waiting for a call back from me so to make an investigation on this site. See attached your so called support.

So, I wanted to get my phone unlocked and I stumbled upon Unlock Phone Sim (unlockphonesim.com). They had a price of 25 usd on their website, but when I went to purchase it, they made me pay more. I ended up paying 75 usd more than the advertised price. I was not happy about that.

After waiting for a month, they still couldn't unlock my phone. I had checked beforehand and my phone wasn't blacklisted, so I don't know what the issue was. They still charged me for their services, but only refunded less than half of what I paid. I feel like I got scammed and robbed.
