Horrendous company, total scam, do not use! They sent out a guy who charged us £350 promising to get the part and come back to finish the work the following day. Then they stop replying. It's all a total scam. The call centre is staffed by people who know what they are doing, refuse to give out their names or any information. Everyone just stops replying and they take your money and run.

So upset with them! They were called to undertake work at my mothers house (who is 78 with stage 4 cancer). The told her she needed a rewire the whole flat to the tune of £12,000. She said to do half the job the next day as she did not have the total money immediately available so paid £6,100.

The contractors left so many holes in the walls, ceiling and kitchen cabinets, They also made holes in the flooring (which was less than a year old), as they did not cover the floor and left all the 'old' plug sockets in the wall.

As a result, we got two other independent electricians in who both said the work was extremely shoddy and overpriced. They will both be writing reports.

When I contacted best technicians, they do not reply to my emails and will not provide a safety certification of the work done or the details of the contractor who they contracted to do the work for us to contact to arbitrate money back. I have also called numerous times, I just get a lady who takes my contact details down )about 10 times) but nobody has ever got back to me. This has been going on for over a month.

I have been in contact with the Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards as a result. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF ANYTHING GOES WORNG THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY AS THEY SUB CONTRACT OUT THE WORK AND THEY WILL LITERALLY JUST IGNORE YOU!

Please take heed of the numerous warnings on this review site. I have never written a review before for contracted work. I really want to save other people going though this awful situation and having to deal with a company who just doesn't respond/get bk to you.

We were really happy with the service we got from Best Technicians. They were quick to respond to our call and sent a plumber over right away. The plumber was really friendly and professional, and he did a great job fixing our problem. We were really impressed with how quickly he was able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed. I had a real good time with Best Technicians. I had an emergency electric issue and the electrician came right away and fixed the problem. I recommend the service! I recently had a bad experience with Best Technicians (besttechnicians.co.uk). They seem to have set up Google ads all over the United Kingdom, but don't be fooled by their flashy website. When I called them for a plumber or electrician, they just looked up someone from the Yellow Pages who charged me an arm and a leg for a simple job.

I strongly advise you to avoid Best Technicians and report them to your local police if you have any dealings with them. Don't fall for their tricks and save yourself the trouble.

they will rip you off big time. I had a problem with my boiler and called Best Technicians to come and fix it. They said it would cost ?80 for the call out and then they would give me a quote for the repair. When they arrived, they spent about 10 minutes looking at the boiler and then told me it would cost ?250 to fix it. I was shocked! I asked them why it was so expensive and they just said that's the price. I felt like I had no choice but to pay it because I needed my boiler fixed.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not honest about their prices and will overcharge you. It's a shame because I thought they were a reputable company, but now I know better. If you're looking for a reliable and honest technician, look elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money with Best Technicians.

He did a really great job on the electrical work we needed done, and it was even better than what my wife and I had expected. I recently had an experience with Best Technicians and I have to say, it wasn't the best. I needed a plastic pipe fixed and was charged over ?400 for the job. Now, I don't mind paying for quality work, but what really bothered me was the lack of transparency from the lady who answered my call.

I triple checked the charges with her and she assured me it was a callout fee of ?50 plus the labour costs of the plumber. However, when I received the bill, I found out that there were additional fees like handling charges that were not mentioned to me. If the lady who booked me in had told me about those additional costs, I wouldn't have been so surprised when I received the bill.

To make matters worse, I also found out that it was an emergency service, which was not communicated to me at the time of booking. If I had known that, I would have looked for other options instead of going with Best Technicians.

Lastly, I never received an official invoice in the first place. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and left a bad taste in my mouth.
