I hired B-Dry & B-Wet Solutions to put in a french drain in my crawl space on 4/1018. Unfortunately, it has never worked properly. I've had them come out three times, and each time they claimed it was fixed, but it still doesn't work. It only partially drains and doesn't drain correctly. There are straps that are missing, and it's not pitched correctly, causing water to get under the plastic. I remind them every time that they need to add straps. I paid a hefty $5000 for this, and I have a lifetime warranty.

We bought a Doughboy pool from B-Wet Solutions in 2020. We've never been able to keep the pool clean, and the filter and pump ain't working right. It ain't pulling any water and there's no suction. B-Wet said they've been out to see the pool twice, but it was only once, and some kid came out and attached tubes that weren't delivered and just threw 'em on the ground. The "boss" said he was there, but he's a liar. Now, our warranty don't cover us even though I've been asking for help for a year and a half, and B-Wet has refused to do anything.
