I got a bill from West County Radiology Group Inc. and I ain't never been seen by them. I'm in Neosho, MO and they're in St. Louis, MO, which is like 6 hours away from me. I called 'em a bunch of times, left messages, and even reached out to my local doctors and hospitals to check if they billed it. But I got insurance and my insurance done paid for everything so far. I want 'em to remove this bill from my name 'cause I ain't never been seen by them in my whole life.

This problem started when my daughter was born and I got a bill from West County Radiology (WCR) that didn't match what the insurance said. I talked to my insurance and they told me to call the provider. After many tries to call and leaving voicemails (seems like no one's there on Wednesday afternoons), I finally got an answer. But they were useless and told me to contact my insurance, refusing to fix the issue. Even after our talk, they sent the bill to collections. I paid the amount I owed to the collection agency and called WCR with my insurance, where they finally admitted the mistake and said they fixed it. But even after I told them about paying the collection agency, I got another bill just a few weeks later! Their incompetence continued... I called them multiple times and left voicemails, but the bills kept coming. If they send me to collections one more time, I'll sue for FCRA violations.
