AXS What a terrible experience just trying to purchase concert tickets
You have to love the copy-and-paste responses from AXS regarding posted complaints. This company is extremely difficult to work with. We attempted to purchase AXS premium tickets, but at the payment stage, a dialog box appeared stating that we should try submitting the payment again. We tried this three times.
Then, we called customer service, only to be told they couldn't assist us because they don't sell tickets and directed us to call AXS Marketplace. This division of AXS only sells resale tickets. When we reached out to them, we found that they inflated the price by an additional $100+ and claimed they couldn't see the seats listed online.
After spending four hours trying to secure tickets, we finally gave up. It was a very disappointing experience dealing with this company. See less
