I have an annuity that I purchased a long time ago. It had a guaranteed life benefit. Every year I only took what I was allowed to keep my benefit. My agent is retired or deceased. My account value is now 0. So I am an orphaned account. I get no support. My monthly benefit has been cut by approximately 35%. And I can't even get an accurate 1099r for 2025. What can I do? Who can I speak with to straighten this out. I have called Customer support so many times. But it is a waste of my time. 30 minutes waiting to speak to an Indian call center. I can't understand them and they don't understand my concerns. I invested $328K with your company 30+ years ago and now I can't get any support.

Claimed loss: $900/month in income since 2025

Desired outcome: Full guaranteed benefit restored. Accurate 1099r showing all the money withheld from my distributions for 2025
