Awe Inspired

So let me set the scene. I’m on the Awe Inspired website, having previously purchased from them and loving the necklace I already have. Excited about getting a few things. I pick out two necklaces, go to checkout and it has my old address populated. I change it and am almost ready to checkout and decide I need a ring as well. I add the ring and check out. Later looking at the email I realize that it had populated the wrong address! It’s 5:30am so obviously it’s not business hours. I send a message on their website. At 10:33am I get a response and with a few back and forth emails begging for help because it’s an over $600 purchase going to the wrong address! All I get from them is “ I am sorry, we are not responsible for the incorrect address entered at time of purchase.” Understandable they aren’t responsible, it was my mess up not changing it the 2nd time. But.. my thing is the complete and absolute disregard for helping a customer much less a returning consumer. Not saying I’m all that but I feel like my money should matter right. Either way two days with UPS and I think I (might) have fixed the situation. At the end of the day the product isn’t worth the garbage customer service. I’m not expecting them to pay for it just a little help on their end would have been nice.
