It was raining in my area last night and this morning. The driver left my stuff out in the rain ON MY DRIVEWAY when everyone has a patio that’s covered and he could’ve easily walked another couple feet so it didn’t have to sit in the rain! Now all my stuff is wet and the boxes have damage.

I have 2 packages that weren’t delivered to me even though I was notified that it was. I placed 2 orders, one on June 26 and one on June 25 and I still haven’t received anything. I tried using customer service on the shein app but it didn’t help at all. I tried tracking my packages but all it says is “package was successfully delivered” when I haven’t received anything.
