I received a call
from Avon Resume after receiving my CV which I send on [protected]@avonresumes.com, (official email id of Avon Resumes). After 10 to 15 days, on 15th
Feb I received a call from Avon Resume Executive offering me a accountant
job but I refused to take the paid
services. Then at the evening of same day, the same executive called me back
but again I refused to take the membership then he transferred his call to his
senior then he made the above said statements that they are better than times
job, times job ask their help for
finding jobs of their register member, you will receive a interview call with
8-9 days of registration and I will arrange 2 interview in day etc . still I
was not convinced then he said that we
are far better than times job as you can find a many negative review against
times job but can not find a single negative review against Avon Resume and I
promise to pay back the said amount if you do not get the job. On the basis of
these statement I made the payment on 17th Feb . on the date of
payment the person who was guiding me the procedure claimed his name Mr Nikhil
([protected]). After payment he promised to call with all the details.
On 19th Feb I call on the number of Nikhil but
that number was switched off then in search the Avon Resume Website, their
customer care number was not working then I get the number of Mr. Arun Kumar ([protected]) I talked on this number for
1 min and 25 sec record is still in my
phone, when I said my name is navisha, he recognized my name and said he
will check why I have not received any confirmation, then received a call from [protected] number . on
this call my order id was confirmed and the executive said that her name is
Gayatri and gave me one number ie [protected] her official number then on 27th
feb I tried her number but her phone was switched off, then I called on
customer care number provided on website. On phone they told me that they never
called me directly that call was from the call centre and they are only
concerned about the Financials and nothing can be done . and the attitude of
that person was very bad, he did not know the rules of customer care.
On 1st march, I again called on the land line number provided on the website,
Mr Arun Kumar was available, he said that you had received a call from call
centre and we are not responsible for their statement and you are an educated
person and we have mentioned no refund on our website then I tried to explain
that I was forced to get the registration on the basis of fraudulent statement
and it is equivelent to fraud as per Indian Contract Act. I also explained him
that I talked to Mr arun earlier also, then he refused that I had never talked
to you earlier. He is such a creep liar., I still have a proof in my phone. He
said that he will check the case as he himself was involved in the fraud how can he will take any action.
I send my resume to their official e mail id then how can
that be received to a call center executive as this is a true lie and I am sure
that Mr. Arun was a person who made me the all false statements.
I will post this incident on each and every forum so that
the no other person get cheated by this fraudulent organization as well as get
the true review which I failed to get when I checked the review for this
organization before registration.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Avon Resumes...They are professionally trained Cheaters...We need to put full stop to this kind of fraudulent service. How can we approach this issue legally?
worst service provided by AVON resume as they are just making trailer made resumes readily available on other websites. Initially they commit that until the customer satisfaction they provide corrected resumes, which they never do. I contacted Ms. Anu who is very rude when demanding corrections in resume. She simply said that they are not only for me. On first copy they have sent me very simple ordinary resume, in which I found simple copy paste from other resumes and repeated sentences. Nothing special. I insisted them for other copy in which they have simply applied ready color format, that's it. Now I felt they are just cheating the customers for sack of professional resumes. We can do batter then their work, for which every correction they took 3 days. Finally Still after two months I didn't get my final and requested copy as they are not peaking my phone and reply on mail. I request to everybody dont spend money on such services . Just refer the other resumes and make your self to save time and money both. Google can do everything. You only know about your desired and quality of resume, no body else.
When i first contacted avon resumes, they told fairy tales about how they will reform my resume. Just after payment the sales rep stopped receiving my calls and the person responsible started arguing with me.
after few days when i received my resume, i corrected something and sent them back with corrections to be made.
Now, imagine to my horror, instead of correcting those mistakes, avon made more mistakes, silly grammatical mistakes and sent me back a resume which i couldnt send it to anybody. after wasting so many days they sent me a resume full of errors.
what more, they copied the same content which was their on my earlier resume. they changed hardly one para and took so much money. i would advice you to take some cheaper resume writing services, rather than expensive avon.
Avon...3rd class service provider ...dnt even entertain customers call...dnt receive calls..staff dnt hv etiquette s to talk on call even call is received by them...Mr. Kumar the busiest person in the world..always calls are diverted to staff.. doesnt hv sense to call back even...AVON THE BIG FRAUD
Avon Resumes are very professional guys who made my resume looks more authentic and professional.Thank you guys for your support.
Avon is a pathetic service provider with zero care about customers. a BIG Cheater
Avon Resume guys are non professionals.
So I recommend all that not to utilize their services.
Once they receive the money they don't care about the quality and the timeline of the workdone.
At the end they will deliver you nonsense which is even worst than your Original Content.
So I strongly recommend not to use their services.

First of all, we condemn the use of such abusive language that you have recorded via your above post with the fake name of "nnruuaa" dated 10th Jan 2015. We would like to remind that using such unscrupulous and menacing language, and, defaming or threatening Avon Resumes or its employees on email / telephonically / public forums may lead Avon Resumes to take a legal action / file a suit against such person, participating in any such activities which are against moral code of conduct of our agreed terms and conditions.
Secondly, we informed you over the phone also to remove the post given above which you have not done till now. If you deal with any organisation and defame them using such language because of your own personal reasons, it doesn't mean you defame that organisation in this manner. Do you wish us to disclose your entire profile on such public forms to reveal your identity? Do you wish us to do so? Does it look good for such an experienced person to write this kind of language? It only shows your immaturity.
Please note that your above mentioned unprofessional conduct and dishonorable way of communication has resulted in Suspension of your order. This is the last reminder to you to remove the above said post.
