How my wife orders two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and one of them, the bread has mold on it... Like how your employees did not see that? And we tried to call back and got no answer. The driver did not call to let us know he was outside. If I wasn't sitting outside at 2 a.m I might not have gotten my food. The order came from 310 Penn St. Reading, P.A.

I work at RJ Reynolds tville location located in Winston Salem North Carolina. The cashier that work 3rd shift has been charging different prices constantly I have bought many things from this kitchen it self an been charged different prices. Last night I bought a 6.72 salad which I was over charged for I feel!. It cost me 2.44 plus tax! When it was a fully loaded salad with five components that weight 13 oz for only 2.50 I finally went back to complain an was told what is the problem instead of helping me understand or helping to fix the problem there has been many complaints many who talk about the different prices that is charged on 3rd shift. I'm disappointed an discussed with the food service an how they treat there customers also the cashier holds the line up by holding conversations for periods of times while there is a line. I'm done I will not be spending anymore money with them at all poor service.
