I have been visiting the location listed below for a period of 3 months. During this time I have used AVI Food Systems vending machines for coffee on 5 separate occasions. At each of these times I was just trying for a cup of coffee or a Cappuccino only to get a cup of what was warm creamed water. The first time I thought OK the machine is out of bean and the sensor just did not detect it. I let it slide.
After a couple of weeks I tried again and the same results, warm creamed water. Now I am upset. Then I tried this on 3 more occasions, spaced days and weeks apart, only to have the exactly the same thing happen.
Finally, I noticed your website on the cup and felt that I had to let someone know what your customers are dealing with.
This comes to a grand total of 5 instances at $1.10 a cup. How is it that a machine can sit that long with no service, no sign or contact information for customers that experience problems. I am sure that I am not the only customer that has been upset with this lack of respect.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Someone has stolen my card information my card had multiple charges today for the avi store at my job. I was off the past 3 days, so I know 100 percent I did not use my card I have called and reported the information and, I am waiting for this issue to be resolved. The date 11/28/23 times incident occured 11:14 and 12:30
1/17/22 I purchased party mix chips (114) which are listed for a $1 in vending machine and my card is charged for $2.50. I definitely could have purchased a family size bag at the store for that price.
Bar code has partially come off card. Card is unusable. How do I replace card?
I've never even heard of this company AVI food systems and they charged my cash app $19.95. It happened at 4:43am on 8/12/2022 I need this canceled. It is currently pending. I am not sure how this company got my card info, but I need them blocked from any more charges. Please and thank you
Bought salad at work on 9/21. It had an expiration date of 9/25. Much of the lettuce was already turning brown - especially the stuff on top which you can't see because of how they package with the toppings. Hate to think how it would have looked 9/25.
Would like a refund of $1.75 (half cost of salad) and a promise to investigate and fix.
