Someone from the company has stolen my card information and I keep getting charges from them. This is the second time it has happened. I'm reporting this issue to my local authorities because I don't actually live in Warren, Ohio which is actually more messed up. Beware that your rude cashier is probably more than rude she or one of the other terrible workers is stealing your card information.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Mines started put with a charge of $1.75. Then the charge was canceled. Now every month they charge me $19.99. WHO ARE THESE PPL?
I work at Harrison steel casting company in attica in. And I've been getting over charged like I got a Gatorade and its 1.60 if u pay cash but 1.70 with card and I use my card and it says I got charged 1.70 but it charged my card 2.50. Also there have been a few times were I make my selection but dont get it from the machine but still get charged for it I have all my transactions and I've keep record of what I got over charged for or got charged but didnt get the product hr at my work said I had to contact u guys to get my money bk that I was over charged or charged and never got the item. So if someone could plz tell me what I need to do to get that done plz and thanks lycinda from Harrison steel casting company.
