Avangate.comThey receive payments and no support

Hello

This so called "company" but looks like a circus,

They received the payments for $19, 99 and then started to ask documents to verify the payment

So i told them to cancel the order, and again they sent me an email asking for documents

So i told them again to cancel the order and refund, and they have sent again a prepacked email asking to verify the order

I finally sent them 10 emails 1 week ago, and they never sent an email with the cancellation and refund confirmation

In addition by the phone they told me "you are a fraudseter, and it is well know that americans are fraudsters, and you want to cancel the order and refund because you are a fraudster, like most of americans"

So i believe they don't like americans (They are in netherlands)

Their email and phone numbers areavangate

[protected]@avangate.com
[protected]@avangate.com

[protected]

I checked with the credit card company and the payments is "cleared" and i checked the status on avangate.com and it's "under evalutation"

Don't buy from this scammers, they will receive your payments, they will send you a prepacked email asking for documents, and if you want to cancel the order and the refund, they will never answer you regarding the refund

They are a ripoff company, very not professional

I will go ahead and contact better busines burea if required

    Hi Alex,

Additional order verifications are sometimes required especially for electronically delivered orders. There are cases where the customer IP address does not match the billing country or if the order is paid with Paypal, the name and email address in the online order does not match the one in the Paypal account. This might be your case also.

All orders that are not delivered or delayed due to security checks are refunded. Refunds might take several days, depending on your bank procedures.

Please make sure that we are doing our best to avoid any unnecessary steps in processing your order, and online shopping security is one of our major concerns. In order to get in contact and clarify the incident, please contact us at abuse at avangate dot com.

    @BeetleB,

Our records here at Avangate show that we have successfully offered you assistance during the process of the refund and that the refund has already beed finalized. I am sure you understand that a Refund is a lengthy process in which we had to thoroughly document the request, and that we were able to provide a refund after receiving our partner`s(the software vendor’s) direct request.

Moreover, our records show all your past orders through Avangate went smooth and that you were never contacted by phone, as no confirmation was necessary in your case, unlike the Alex’ situation.
Notify us at the above contact credentials (email / phone) if you believe we can be of any further assistance in this case.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

    @christye1224

As in the case of BeetleB, I will repeat that the refund process is a lengthy one, as long as Avangate is in the middle between our partner and the end-user. Such cases need to be thoroughly investigated before deciding to proceed one way or the other. In your case #5960612 has been refunded as per requested, and in due time, and we are continuously working on improving such processes in order to provide the best service. There is no need for bad publicity and your thread does not in any way have anything to do with the subject for that matter.

    Case closed.

    @ Debra Taylor

At the date of the order you have selected the "auto-renew" option on the payment page. Before the actual renewal had been performed, Avangate had automatically sent you 3 (15, 7 and 3 days before auto-renewal) messages informing you that the "Auto-renew" option is enabled for the ordered license and that your account will be automatically charged if you do not disable the "auto-renew" option from the Avangate MyAccount.

I have looked up your orders and I could not locate any incident / thread opened by you with Avangate regarding the above. Please contact us at support [at] avangate [dot] com in order to further investigate this issue.

Again this is not an issue that treats the subject "They receive payments and no support".

    Thank you,

    @nickp_uk
I am glad to see the refund you have requested was granted to you as requested. Allow me to explain how the refund process worked in your case and maybe it will prove useful to other members of our conversation here:

    1. On 2010-05-30 you have requested support regarding a duplicate payment from Avangate
    2. We have instructed that for refunds, the software publisher must authorize the refund (being that both orders have been successfully delivered)
    2. A few minutes after your request, Avangate informed the vendor (Tipard in your case) about your request and solicited a cancellation of your previous order from them. This is a necessary step to initiate the refund, because Avangate is a reseller of Tipard and only Tipard is authorized to cancel a payment made in the benefit of their accounts.
    3. 6 days later when you contacted us again, Avangate upon not receiving confirmation for refund from the vendor (Tipard), we have initiated a second request, this time through the dedicated account manager.
    4. In term of 3 days upon not receiving any answer from our partner, Avangate proccessed the charge back and processed the refund request.
    5. After this action, [the bank where your account is opened took over your case] and depending on you bank procedures, the sum finally arrived back into your account in an certain period of time. (max 48H)

As you can see, the refund process was a lengthy one because it involved several entities that exchanged messages, that need to have some input in order to solve your request. We are bound to answer to a support ticket @Avangate in maximum 2 hours.
I kindly ask you to understand that unlike Avangate, not all parties involved in a refund process offer 24/7 support or have enough resources to promptly offer input in such a process. Different time zones of parties may also cause delays in solving a request.

To conclude, I’m sorry that you had to wait for a refund for this period of time and I can assure you of our honest-mindedness in treating your requests.

@toyonakamoura, as my colleague Christian said, quote
"Additional order verifications are sometimes required especially for electronically delivered orders. I would add here that I could not locate any order, so I would like to ask you to contact us at support [at] avangate [dot]com for further case analysis.

@Randy Brown, we would be happy to assist you in the process of getting the proper technical support from our Partners. I could not locate any incident / order with the given credentials. Please contact us at support [at] avangate [dot]com to receive assistance with your problem.

As authorized resellers for thousands of online vendors / software publishers, we cannot offer 1st line technical assistance related to purchased software, but we are very happy to answer any questions that you may have related to the payment process, and also insure a smooth contact flow between implicated parties.

    Dear Mr. Shelton Jefferson,

I have located your Avangate order placed yesterday for DVDfab software, and indeed it has been marked for further risk-analysis checks. Please note that the authorized amount has never left your card-account; to explain the process further, upon receiving an authorization message from an issuer bank the amount gets automatically locked in the customer`s account. Only after the product is successfully delivered, is the amount substracted from the account balance.

You may check this information with your bank.

Hoping that some information that I posted above will put some more light into this unhappy situation, quoting:

""Additional order verifications are sometimes required especially for electronically delivered orders. There are cases where the customer IP address does not match the billing country [...] This might be your case also.
All orders that are not delivered or delayed due to security checks are refunded [canceled]. Refunds might take several days, depending on your bank procedures."

Also, since we do not encourage in any way order verification via phone (which we find highly intrusive) we opt for email contact when is the case of further order screening. Please note that the emails are legit and coming from Avangate, but do contain https:// 128 BIT SSL encrypted upload links.

Given your feedback related to your location corresponding to your billing/card info, I would like to ask you to contact us at support [at] avangate [dot] com as instructed, in order to notify us whether the current order still presents interest to you. Based on your feedback, your order may be reassessed and processed; the alternative is to instruct us to cancel your order.

As a general conclusion, a simple feedback in reply, would most surely lead to anyone`s order being successfully processed.

Thank you in advance for your understanding,

    Hi there,

I`ve managed to locate your online order and reviewed the incident. On behalf of Avangate I would like to apologize for this unhappy situation, it was clear that a refund should have been provided by Avangate on request, adding that our partners also offer a 30 days money-back guarantee. Given the above, your order will be refunded today; depending on your bank procedures, the funds should be available in your account somewhere in the next 48-72 hours. Please do email us if you need further assistance. Thank you for your understanding.

Also, I would like to announce everyone in our conversation here, that given your feedback we have decided to implement a NEW refund procedure in which Avangate will have a more hands-on approach. Dear Bernard,

In case of electronically delivered items, it may happen that Customer`s Email manager blocks certain senders and marks the respective emailing as SPAM, therefore it is always advisable to check also your BULK / SPAM folders within your email manager.

Please note that for your online order, Avangate has not received any complaint via the normal channels of communication that we provide (email and telephone). What we received directly is your Opened PayPal dispute, for which we have manually resent the licensing information for the ordered product.
Would you be so kind as in to provide Avangate with an alternative email where we can resend the licensing information? Just to be sure that it sent for your complete satisfaction.

Additionally you may retrieve the licensing information directly online by accessing the Avangate MyAccount option located at: https://secure.avangate.com/myaccount.
And yes, this is a story worth to be known, hence we thank you for your time and valuable feedback.

Please do notify us if we can be of any further assistance.

    Dear Jeffro61,

We carefully investigated this incident, the support tickets previously opened with Avangate, the feedback received from the software manufacturer, the information presented for the purchased product on the official website, etc and our investigation revealed the following:

    - there is a DEMO version of the software for the purchased product on the vendor’s website (of the type “try before you buy”)
    - the vendor provided timely consideration to your case in regards to the encountered issue, and indeed they denied refunding based on their own Terms of Service, product sufficient description and the aforementioned “try before you buy” option
    - there is absolutely no history of similar complaints over dysfunctional products for this vendor within the Avangate platform

We kindly remind you that Avangate acts as a payment provider for a large number of different online merchants. Every dispute, complaint, over product functionality etc, should be addressed directly to the software publisher from which you purchased, and not to Avangate.

Taking all factors into consideration, Avangate successfully and timely managed this incident, attended to both parties involved, as we tried to reach a resolution in your case. Under these terms, Avangate reached the conclusion that your online order cannot be refunded following your request. If you disagree with the reasons provided above and the resulting decision, please note you also have the option of opening a chargeback dispute with the card issuer under the reason “product not functional”.

For any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear Elie N. Hajjar,

We have checked our records related to both your orders and we hereby confirm that all messages sent by you to both [email protected] and [email protected] have been responded to by the Software Publisher. By going though the respective correspondence we've noticed that none of your messages contained a clear description of the problem, but rather the statement that the product does not work. Consequently, we advise you to provide the Software Publisher with as much information as possible regarding the behavior of the software or the problem which prevents you from successfully using the program so that the problem can be solved either by means of technical support or by refunding the purchase(s). Alternatively, you can also contact us directly in order to provide such details as we would then forward it to Aiseesoft. In this respect, the contact details you can use in order to reach us by phone or email can be found here: http://www.avangate.com/shopper-support/

Avangate offers software vendors a full featured eCommerce platform, expertise and tools to sell and promote software online. We do not make any products. In your situation, it looks like we have processed an automatic renewal for a product that was bought initially in March 2012, however, as you have not provided any order number or email address, we cannot track your order and see exactly what happened. Dear Todd,

We've successfuly tracked down your order. Please note that this order was placed as an automatic renewal because this option was enabled during your first purchase from http://www.iobit.com website. The auto-renewal policy is communicated to the customer in the Software / Service Provider`s Terms and Conditions, that you agreed to when you purchased the software. Considering the fact that you don't wish to use their software product for another year, we have sent a refund request to the software publisher - Iobit - and a copy to you. They will reply to you within the next 24-48 hours, be sure to check your email and answer any questions the publisher might have.

    Kind regards,

Its a scam from my experience.

Did a 7 day free trial with Worthpoint. Cancelled 2 days after. Never got a confirmation of cancel. Never got a reply asking for confirmation. Avangate sets up a recurring $19.99 scam billing despite cancellation. Called Credit Card company, they immediately sent it to the fraud investigation department after seeing Avangate.com name on the charge.

Should have known better when a company use a shell company to charge when small legit businesses would never use a shell company to charge.

They do not list if the product is Mac compatible. Pretty dumb for a software company. When I complained, they told me I should have tried if first. I did not try is because I was not going to waste my time and a disk since there is 5 minute limit on the test product. The followed up by saying I should gift the software to a Window using family member. I stopped payment from my credit card. Terrible company, there to misinform and take your money.

I ordered the ABBYY 12 fineprint software and it did not load correctly. I filed 2 support tickets. Both were closed within a day of filing the issue and both tickets were closed as "solved" without the company ever contacting me. This smacks of bogus software pedalling on the internet. I contacted paypal and my credit card company to block payment. No worries here. Just don't order anything from Avangate.

    computer for $245

within an hour i had bought and canceled the order,

    my money was refunded

a few days later, on the 5th of feb, a charge of

29.95 was made by avangate to my bank

i called and told them i didn't buy anything and

    wanted a refund

since then all my calls have told me the same thing,

that i have been sent a refund

there is no refund in my account and i've been

    calling ever since

i was emailed a statement to show that the refund

had in fact been sent to my bank

what i got was an invoice for 29.95

the word refund doesn't appear anywhere on the page

i called again to say the statement doesn't say it's

a refund, and i was told because the 29.95 has a

minus in front of that this shows it's a refund.

a invoice is a receipt for a purchase... it is not a

    refund

i was told to contact my bank, that the money may be

    on hold

i called again (good sign this isn't a reputable

company when you have to work this hard to get your

    money back)

i was told the refund was sent and they could send

    me an email as proof

i told them that i had the email already, and that

the money was not in my account

i was told that according to them a refund was sent

and i should contact my bank, that sometimes the

bank puts the money on hold

i said, my bank would never refuse money sent to

them, and that it wasn't in my account

i was told the refund had been sent and that i

    should contact the bank

i said, but the money's not in my acount, what if contacting the bank doesn't work? i was told i wouldn't have to call them back and that the refund had been sent by them and to contact my bank

i canceled my card when the bogus charge came up

over a week ago, and have now filed a claim

i think tweakbit is also a questionable company, and

    avangate certainly is

i like how avangate responds to compliants by not

addressing the complaint, just telling you to

contact them, or saying goobly-[censored] that makes no

sense what so ever, they just shuffle you back

through the process again, the loop approach

this, also, a sign poor business relations, or worse

taking people's money cause they can

there are just too many complaints, all the stories

have a similar ring to them

the more we report them, the sooner they will be

    caught for fraudulant business practices

my heart goes out to those who have lost large

    amounts of money

If you're like me, you bought at a "discount" their HP Drivers Update Utility DGTSOFT Order # [protected] on October 19, 2015 for £12.91.
It is a scam! Says after the scan I need 22 drivers updated. Ok fine so you click download and it looks like its doing something. Then select install and it just freezes every stinking time.
Checked against 4 other driver update utilities and my system is just fine.
So since Oct 20th I've been emailing dgtsoft and no reply. I try to call their number +[protected] and the number doesn't exist. So try variations of that number and still nothing.
What I'm worried about is what they will do with my card info or try to charge another license fee a year from now.
Man after all these years and finding this company's link on the HP main website I thought it was safe. Guess I'm a fool. And yes ADVANGATE is the "mothership" and is a company that handles the selling of other companies products such as dgtsoft. Advagate is in Amstelveen, Netherlands.

I had a company call me saying they were from microsoft and my computer had been hacked. Since it was microsoft I ask them to please fix this. My daughter comes home and tells me this is a scam. She called them to take off whatever they put in my computer.
I was charged $1797.00 by Avangate and she got a confirmation number that it was removed but Avangate never paid me back. A few months later I got the same call. This time I Dave telling me I turned off security for my computer. So while he is fussing at me my daughter calls microsoft and they get in there showing where he put in 13 (?) trojan viruses. So he said he would refund my money and I said good and hung up. Then and now I continue to get 12 - 16 calls back to back while microsoft put up a firewall they can't get into. She proceded to tell me This is COMODO.com and also geekbuddy remote. So now Dave is angry with me and keeps shutting my computer off. Before it goes down it says my bank is being invaded. I turned off the computer and here come the phone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THESE PEOPLE. After losing money they will hound you to death. Pay pal was of no help for me. Mary

I have been waiting for a refund for over a month and I get the same thing as other's that it's hung up in processing and their processing dept. has no phone number so they can't be reached even by their own people but by e-mail. I have been calling
asking everyday to speak to someone in their finance dept. but they say they can't even reach them even if it was an Emergency.
BUT MY REFUND OF $489.00 IS STILL BEING PROCESSED!! I KEEP GIVING THEM MY NUMBER [protected] as they always ask for. my name and whatever else they as I just get promises, promises, promises that I should see it back in my account
shortly. so if you think that $50 or $60 dollar's is a lost try losing my amount. they must be getting rich off of ripping people off.
well all I can say is lots of luck to everyone who got the shaft as I did. pissed in pa.

I am having the same trouble with BITDEFENDER and AVANGATE. They are scam artists and they too have taken another payment this year from my account without authority. I cancelled BITDEFENDER last year, the day after buying the crap and they still took the payment. I was never refunded that payment and now they have taken another. My bank is dealing with this fraud.

I paid for a parental control software that doesn't work on my phone or tablet. I was assured by a sales rep that I would get a complete refund if the software didn't work. Four emails later and a "declined refund" notice from Avangate via PayPal, I am determined to continue to try and get a refund. I will find more sites like this one to post complaints about the company. They refuse to refund money for a product that doesn't work. Clearly, they don't care about their customers' opinions about them or their products. I will never EVER deal with them again, and I will spread the word as often as I can.

It's the first time I did a transaction through Avangate. It is the worst experience you can imagine. It took them 10 hours to come back with an email, telling me that my transaction looked suspect. They asked for prove. The attachments requested by them were mailed to them. But they just don’t respond. Its 25 hours since I’ve ordered URGENT SOFTWARE, but they just don’t care.

I got an email from Avangate after having to compalin non stop as their Engineer had taken my information from the company and proceeded to stalk me via email, phone and social. I was recieving 7 atleat calls a night at 2am in the morning with scary voicemails advising who he was not to mention the emails he was sending advising he had taken my information from the company when I did business with them. On having enough of this I demanded a refund but was only told it needed to be investigated as per the scam as they froze and locked up my computer forcing the purchase of the software. On finally having enough of not only the stalking and complete breach of my personal privacy I contacted the online fraud department of the FBI with the information of what has happened. I sent daily emails to the company for ten days and received an email from one of the companies a month ago advising of the refund which has never turned up. Today I received an email from Avangate advising of a full refund. the only question is will I even receive the refund as so far they claim they have yet no monies has turned up in my account. I will be adding this to the fraud lodgement with the FBI until I get my money back. Has anyone actually had their money returned efetr the email refund notification?

I signed up for a free/trial version a couple of weeks back and, due to terrible (or perhaps brilliantly deceptive) web design 'activated' full membership and was charged for the service. Trying to get a full refund has proven impossible. They have also refused to provide details of their legal counsel. Buyer beware, Worthpoint are a scam site that will seek to charge you for a service that you never asked for or requested.

    Advangage aka Bitdefender
Sells a not great product. I like others had computer hacking and receive what I felt was an inadequate product. Advantage representatives, agent's Bitdefender's customer service team, does not permit termination of the contract, and will claim an auto renewal clause option where no actual contract signature (even electronic) can be determined. Even if you desire to terminate earlier and provide notice of termination, Bitdefender and Advantage will still go through with any autorenewals. Buyer be warned, this company and its agent practices some unsavory business practices for all the forgoing reasons, plus others mentioned on this website. Not sure why PC websites promote this antivirus software, makes one question the credibility of such authors given so many consumer complaints.

In addition to this complaint, Avangate never just charges the US$ amount specified at the time of purchase by both the software vendor or the Avangate payment form.

YOU WILL ALMOST ALWAYS BE CHARGED A "FORIEGN FEE" by your bank several days after a purchase through Avangate. When Avangate is contacted by the customer, they always blame it on your bank.

If legitimate software vendors would use legitimate payment processors there would not be a "FORIEGN FEE" charged.

My purchase from Avangate was in March of this year (2014) and was for support in resolving an issue I was having with the speaker (audio) drivers on my laptop. After an hour of direct effort on my computer, they left me in a condition where the computer would only boot up in "Safe Mode." They hung up at that point and I've heard nothing further from them. Their bills for $169.99 (one-time repair work) and $49.95 (monthly update service) were billed and paid through PayPal. I have disputed those charges from the first time they appeared on my PayPal statement, but have thus far been unsuccessful in getting them removed.

Avangate is a scam and a ripoff. Avoid Avangate!

I would like to get my refund too, i have made a complaint with no response from iObit or Avangate. I have also emailed iObit for a request of refund on the 7/3/13 but the staff only reply my email with promoting of their software and instructions on how to download and install their software avoiding my question and request for refund, finally on the 20/3/13 i get a reply from iObit claiming their refund period is within 30days and it is already over 30days thus they cannot process with my refund. Copied and paste from my email reply

    "Dear Customer,
Thank you for your fast reply!
After we checked, we found we can't issue the refund.
According to our refund policy, it says, "When you purchase IObit products, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Within 30 days, you can request your money back if our products don't do all that we say they will."
You purchased this license code on 2013-01-17, it is beyond the refund deadline.
Thank you for your understanding and your support to IObit!

But upon checking iObit's main site, it is quoted
"You're fully protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee and you WILL see a significant improvement in your PC's security and performance WITHIN 60 DAYS, or we'll send you a full refund. No questions asked."
    http://www.iobit.com/advanced-systemcare-antivirus.php

I felt even more annoyed cos i am delayed till it pass my 60days period and told i wasn't allowed to get a refund due to their policy is 30days. The replier to my email claim 30days cos if he/she tells me 60 days then the date i sent my email (7/3/13) falls below 60days but above 30days.

KINDLY PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED ACCORDING TO YOUR POLICY!
    My order reference number [protected].
Need my email proof? I can forward or even post them here to prove myself if needed. Didn't do so now cos i don't want to make things so ugly as it won't help with me getting my refund.

This is a fraudulent company! Do not have anything to do with this company! When i called to get a refund for the $39.99 that "alex" faudulently took out of my daughter's account, he told me it couldn't be done. He claimed she authorized this as a yearly sort of thing, however our bank knows nothing of this fom march of last year. There is no record of this charge on her account. "alex' is a theif and deserves to be put undr the jail!!! If the federal bureau of investigation doesn't get him, i will. I'm sure he thinks he is safe from harm because he claims to be located in amsterdam, but i assured him that our authorities have the means to contact him anywhere in the world. He hung up.

Alex, wherever you are, whatever you do: you are a dead man.

To who it may concern, My name is Betsy P. and I puchased a software program from ABK-SOFT.com through Avangate. I experience problems right away. This company never answers their phone [protected]), they claim to have liive suppot, which is always offline. They have no idea how to fix their own software.
I requested a refund they denied it. I did some investigating and discovered, this software owner is a known scammer Dmitrii Rudakov of Abledating & ABK-SOFT.com . I contact Avangate to ask them, do they make a habit out of doing business with known scammer, I was told that they have been boing business with this individual and/or company for more then 7 years. I was told by Avangates customer service, that it doesn't matter what a handful of unsatisfied customers have to say.
I have since filed a complaint with the Consumer Complaint Agency, International Customer Protection & Enforcement Network and The BBB, just to name a few.
I have invite all agancies to visit my site (www.inthekutt.us) and use username:DamnMan password: sanford
and see for themselves if they don't encounter a whole host of problems with my site.
You might wonder, whats this gots to do with Avangate? Avangate is conducting business (collecting money on behaft of a individual/company that is know for fraulent behavior).
When I call Avangate I encounter very rude customer service agents. when you request their supervisor or manager, they get even ruder and hang up on you. I requested the big man himself, Sorin Hazu Sr. Director, Head of Risk & Global Customer Service, now I'm going to see what this big shot can do about his company's horrible customer service.

    Thank you,

I purchased order reference #[protected] a blu-ray player software from your partner Aiseesoft for $29.25 after downloading and checking out their trial version which had watermarks, time limit and the audio played fine continuously but the video plays for
two or three seconds then it pauses for two or three seconds and it did that continuously also, moreover, Aiseesoft stated in writing
that the benefits of the purchased version are no watermarks, no time limit, etc...that it will work properly. So during this time I did some
browsing and found other companies that had blu-ray player software, but I reluctantly decided to go with Aiseesoft because their
trial version did not work properly it had the watermarks and the video played and paused continuously but despite all of that,
I still chose to purchase their purchased version and hoping that it will work properly AND IT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, AFTER
I PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED AISEESOFT 'S BLU-RAY PLAYER SOFTWARE PURCHASED VERSION NOT ONLY IT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, IT PLAYED INPROPERLY WITHOUT THE BENEFITS AISEESOFT MENTIONS IN WRITING, THE
WATERMARKS WERE STILL THERE AND THE VIDEO PLAYED AND PAUSED CONTINUOUSLY AS YOU ARE VIEWING IT ON
PLAY MODE. So I immediately emailed numerous times aiseesoft support and the financial dept. at Avangate and I requested a $29.25 REFUND unless the problem is corrected and the aiseesoft blu-ray player software works properly, and aiseesoft/support responded and instructed me to go to this link and that I can download the latest version of the program I purchased at this link
here "http://www.aiseesoft.com/blu-ray-player/". I did download this aiseesoft mac blu-ray-player which I was instructed to download
and IT DID NOT WORK, IT DID NOT HELP IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM, so I assumed that it could have downloaded the trial
version since I only downloaded the latest version as I was instructed to download it and if you download without purchasing you will
download the trial version, THEN I DECIDED TO DOWNLOAD THE PURCHASED VERSION SO I PURCHASED ORDER REFERENCE #[protected] AISEESOFT MAC BLU-RAY-PLAYER...AND IT STILL DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, NO CHANGE WHAT
    SO EVER.
Again, I immediately contacted aiseesoft/support and informed them that MY REFUND REQUEST JUST SHOT-UP TO $58.50 unless
the problem is corrected and the aiseesoft blu-ray player software works properly, and aiseesoft/support never ever responded.
The only responses I got was that the payment was received, and thanking me for the purchase and the payment.
ALL OF MY ATTEMPTS OF CONTACTS AND REQUESTS HAVE ALL BEEN IGNORED TO DATE.
I would greatly appreciate that you lend me your assistance and that you locate and look into both of my orders reference numbers being [protected] and [protected], and I don't even have to look them up, I've got them memorized from quoting them numerous times.
I'm also aware that this here refund-request process is a lengthy one, as long as the results are $58.50 refund-request approved.

I just got hit with some random payment via my advanced system care. i was using the free version after i upgrade to v6, (or so i thought) turns out, i wasn't and the thing tried to force an automatic subscription fee on me, it's already in my paypal and i'm trying to cancel it, but paypal insists that it's legit.
i don't know how this happened, i never agreed to paying for the full product! i was perfectly happy with the free version!
now i've got to find a way of getting out of paying 20 ish dollars or run out of money to do anything with! (i'm a poor career student with only 80 dollars in the bank lulz) i need that money for laundry!!
[censored] all to hell i only have one suit of clothes!!!

I am a software developer who has used Avangate's payment processing service for over a year and a half. They are not scammers or identity thieves. The fact that they cannot provide refunds on request is common to all payment processors. Only the software developer can issue a refund. If you don't get a response from the developer, decline the charge with your credit card company. But please don't blame Avangate for a developer's shortcomings.

I'd also like to point out that sometimes customers provide a bad email address and no phone number. When you contact a developer, it is a good idea to provide them with a secondary means of contact.
