Im missing 100k coin from an offer. Says i was rewarded but come one xD i would know if i had 100k, i wouldnt be complaining.. I paid for that offer amd i feel scrammed. I have been scammed and I won't be playing Avakin because you refuse to fix it. Bye Avakin. 0 stars.

I'm contacting you due to being picked on because I'm African American was called a [censored] and I reported the couple that was doing it and nothing was done then I get suspended for something I didn't do I believe my acct was hacked but I'm still to blame but I never did anything I have avoided any kind of altercations so I won't be banned now I'm tired of being picked on

I am complaining about how I have NOT received my accounts from Avakin Life. Once I leveled up to lvl 20 they said I received my 1, 000 avacoins reward but it would show, so I contacted the services. Then today my bf sent me a bear as a gift and it DIDN'T show in my inventory. Also TODAY a few hours later when I came back online for The Egypt Adventure when I opened the box and they said I got 15 avacoins as a reward but yet again, they wouldn't show! PLZ FIX THIS GODDAMN BUG! :(

Players are using mod hack apps to cheat and scamm & avakin is letting it take place, underage kids are having sex & in clubs with half dressed outfits, men over 30. Asking for sex with minors, bullying and attacks are all around! The whole game needs to be reviewed and action needs to be taken immediately! Reports are being sent out daily but it seems avakin support isn't replying to messages!

So this Monday I was going to get on and you know, get on with my friends. I'm ąɖɖıƈɬ ﾂ, by the way. But when I tried to log in, the game said I was suspended for being "underage." Let me take in mind I'm 15, not 10. I've been trying to send in proof like crazy but it's not allowing me to send in proof through the game. So I'm having to continuously send in new support tickets and tell you guys the code through the game do you can take a look at my proof. This morning I got a message from "Irene" that she looked through previous messages and could not find any images. On Tuesday they said I had 5 days before my account was BANNED and permanently deleted. Which is CRAZY. That's barely enough time for you guys to reply. And I'm pretty sure I have less than 24 hours for you guys to look at my PROOF that's VALID and take my account off of suspension. So, this is going to have to be my last resort into getting my account off of suspension.

Hello my avakin life name is 'ß è ł ł â' anywho there are some swimsuits, shirts, bottoms...etc. I bought and I can't find them anywhere so can they give me back money besides those clothes were expensive and all of a sudden they're removed from game atleast give the people money back I'm extremely frustrated so if you could help please do.

I purchased the limited time offer you have it didn't go through I tried again and again and it still didn't go through they told me to reset the application so I deleted my account and tried again and it still didn't work I would either like everything that's in that offer Or if you could make it work I want because it's your fault because the game is not working if you could get it to work the game would start being broken and let me purchase it

So about 3 weeks ago I did so quizzes and downloaded some stuff which I would have got 15, 752 coins (I added all of it up) and I didn't get it then just 2 days ago I took another quiz for 9, 472 and I didn't get that.
So all I want is my coins because I am tired waiting. I have seriously been waiting for like 3 weeks.

Well when I logged in i wanted to get something from shop and it had said that I bought everything but I didn't have enough money to buy everything and it doesn't even show the clothes i try to wear to the others for some reason and it makes finding the things I actually bought very difficult and also on my profile it still says I have the same amount of everything I had before but can u help me fix it, Thank You.

The new update has many of my friends troubled we can't find anything in the store and it's taking us a full 30 mins to shop this update is ridiculous. Tapping each column is hard to do and I have had enough of tapping the screen as it is I have a finger deformation and it is a struggle already. I don't think this update is very good and should be changed back.

Every time I use tapjoy it doesn't give me my coins. I have taken over 15 surveys and quizzes and receive nothing. If you are going to have ways to earn coins add more please places like a dance club or restaurant that people can order from. Fix it now or lose a whole bunch of players. I got suspended from avakin but I'm 15.its been 5 days since then and I'm still suspended I would like to know why that is. If u could help me out thanks. I've been playing avakin for a year I have worked hard on that acc and I've made purchases and didn't receive the coins. I'm a level 41 almost level 42 and I would like if I got un suspended from avakin life. Thank you

I have continually tried countless times to get support for this matter but could not send my complaint through the support online option. I purchased the $14.99 best value exclusive offer coin pack. Something went wrong and I was unfortunately charged $64.71 I caught the mistake quickly and responded just as fast. I would like a refund for the additional $49.72 please. I purchase coin offers all the time I was surprised to see such a discrepancy happen. Thank you for your help with this matter have a good day.

I bought the $2.99 deal that came with a boat clothes and 10000 coins and I got everything but then I bought the horizon house which rn is 4999 and I did successfully purchase that but after I bought it the rest of my money was gone, I should've had 5001 coins left but I didn't. It was just gone and so idk what happened but I spent real money on this game and I ended up loosing coins so I basically lost my real money's worth, is there anyway you can give me back the coins that I lost due to the glitch

My daughter is a minor and I had to report a user "Savage King" to the Police. He has solicited my daughter and requested "naughty" pics. This User claims he is born in 1999. My daughter is 12.

I have brought legal action against him and reported him to the Police. It is evident he is a pediphile! He should not be allowed to gain access to your site as he is stalking children.

Please advise.

Good day, I would like to inform you that my account got suspended for "underage user" and I tried contacting you, I got an e-mail back saying you would reply in 3 working days but you didn't. I wanted to check again, to know if you just forgot to reply to me or if there really is no way I could get my account back. I was a level 43, 2 year old account and I did make an in-app purchase. I am not an underage user, I am 16. The day before my account got suspended, my 12 year old cousin was on my phone for 2 days or so and I told her she could do whatever she wants on my account. I apologise for the misunderstanding and I am asking again, if there is any possible way that I can get my account back.
