I am unable to connect to any game servers in ava. It's been over 8 hrs since this issue has begun to occur. I've checked the network stability on my end and it's perfectly fine. I have tried logging in to ava with a different account, yet the outcome is the same. All it allows me is to stay in the lobby, but can't connect to Public servers. I am only able to send or receive messages to friends via mail in the lobby.

My debit card was charged $14 without me approving it or purchasing anything today January 6th.
I went on my Avakin game and it doesn't say where it charged me at all, I will be deleting this game after I get my money back.

Sir kindly fix my problem my avakin life crashes in iphone 7 when i open the app its continuously crash my app again and again crashes i am so tired but this problem have so big. Please fix this crashes problem i have iphone 7 and my version is ios 15.1 my app is crash after update please repair this update otherwise i am so worried please fix this crash problem sir i don, t know clear english .

I have been suspended from avakin life for no reason whatsoever I didn't do anything bad or fraudulent.
They are taking forever to reply back to my tickets, It's like they don't even care about the customers that play they're game. Falsely banning people and suspending people for no reason it's ridiculous and I think everyone that they have suspend or banned For no reason deserves an apology

My account got banned 3 days ago, for ''misconduct'' this reason. I have no idea why, i've been a loyal player for 5 years. And this is heartbreaking, someone falsely reported me. I didn't do anything wrong, didn't bully or troll anyone. I always mind my own business. This is surprising, please help me out. And I didn't even get any warnings before getting banned.

Soo I have been suspended for 2 weeks so far all because of "sexually explicit behavior " but I diddnt do anything with anyone :/ I was alone in my own house just chillin all I'm asking for is my old account back . idk if my damn friend may have added a messed up mod or something to my account since they knew my info but from all I can remember is I was alone and not around no one at the time . Ps- they had the nerve to change it twice . At first it was fraudulent activity which I did no such thing and I coulda been back on tho in 2 days . But then it went to the other and yah :/ now gone but hopefully returns to me again

Thursday September 16, 2021 - I purchased coin packs. I looked in my Amazon Account - Both Amounts have been paid for - using my Amazon Gift Card. I did not receive my coin packs I purchased.

I also want to add - A lot of my Merchandise that I purchased It's missing From my account from clothing to Furniture. When I edit my home's to decorate I do not see Most of my purchase merchandise.

Also I noticed on my account Has been Logged in by someone that is not me. Here's a suggestion to make your account more secure Could it be possible to Add second Verification.

My account is on phishing banned I provide all information about my account I am owner of this account sir please give me back my account avakin help support do permanent banned to purchasing and selling account without any reason they not have any prove. I'm trying to log into my Avakin account and everytime i open the app when i'm at the loading screen it stops at 84% and gives me an error message that says i can't log in.
I've had this account for 1 going on 2 years and have been on it on and off and it's worked completely fine everytime, I've been active everyday as of late and i don't know what's going on.
I spent nearly 40 dollars on this app and i really need my account back so I know that my money didn't completely go to waste, please help.

Please help me to open again my avakin account

I can not get into my account, it says "unable to sign you in" but I haven't logged out, also the mystery box has disappeared and I was wondering when it's coming back, thank you

Every time I try to play avakin, it keeps saying ‘sorry we were unable to sign you into avakin life at this moment'. I have even tried reinstalling the app but the issue continues to persist. It is not just me experiencing this, my friend is having the same issue. Please fix this as I cannot play until it has been sorted, which is a great shame as I enjoy the game.

I was wrongly banned after Avakin Support read a chat log and assumed a joke was true. They claimed I was suspended for misconduct then said permanently banned. They gave me two reasons, both not enough to ban me. One support agent in particular was nasty towards me and wouldn't let me appeal as "their decisions are final" which I know is a lie. even with submitting proof, they refuse to listen and close the case. Their ToS is another problem with this as they act tyrannical with the hopes you'll just spend more money to profit their ventures. This isn't new far as bans go. LKWD and Avakin have banned more innocent people than troublemakers and it's possibly due to a buddy system. Troublemakers don't get banned but defending someone or joking gets people banned. LKWD doesn't ban the racists on there that troll as blacks but keeps them on. They don't even ban the pervs trying to get nudes from underage girls. LKWD picks and chooses who they want to ban and the community deep down knows it, including LKWD themselves

I was saving up my money on avakin and I went to come back on the game and 2, 998 coins were missing from my account I did not spend any of it because I was not even on the game I would like my money back please and thank you. I am not mad i just want what I had worked hard on to earn because I am trying to get the wings that I have wanted for a while now. So please may I get my coins back.

I got this error message about 4 days ago while trying to start up avakin life.
When I start up the game it loads till 88% then the error message pops up.
I thought it was an update problem, so I updated my game, but the same error still Persists.
I sent a mail to customer service, but got an automated reply saying I should wait some days.it still stuck 88%

I've been suspended for underaged user ...which isn't correct ...

I have been banned just right now because of some misunderstanding please unban me cause Im innocent and I have done nothing sexual or abusive as I play totally under the guideline of avacommunity under the policies and terms and conditions which lie to the avakin forum you can investigate and interrogate each and every single information I'll be waiting for your response
