AutoZone I went in to purchase a battery

This location declined install my battery, the battery was fully exposed took me 10 minutes to install myself.. normally I do this work for myself, but today my daughter missed dance class because they declined the service that you provide..Won't be going there anymore. One employee said yeah that should be no problem and the next says no? 2014 Ford Fusion. 2.0 turbo. And I just found out that I can get the battery for way cheaper at a family owned store🤢 way to go auto zone!

AutoZone employees not answering phone and outside smoking cigarettes

It is 12:30 a.m. my truck is broke down at a gas station down the street from a 24-hour AutoZone. This is not the first time I've had a problem with AutoZone or any of its stores but this one I have always had problems at the store. My husband called the AutoZone store up here on Garland Road at 12 a.m. and nobody answer. He proceeded to go ahead and go up to this 24-hour store when he arrived the employees were not in the store they were all outside smoking a cigarette because they said the system is down. It's almost 1 a.m. and your employees are outside smoking a cigarette instead of doing what they're supposed to do is look busy or stay inside the store just in case somebody walks in. Again 24 hours means 24 hours you're open 24 hours not closed from 12 to 1 and I'm tired of having to deal with her unprofessional and your employees who like to sleep with the management. I am now sitting here alone at all hours of the morning when my husband is up there. AutoZone with whoever knows what and if he's even telling the truth but I know that they didn't answer the phone and I want something done about it I'm tired of this I'm tired of the b******* anything like that I'm going to my attorney Monday morning with a lawsuit.

AutoZone customer service

Im making a complaint about the commercial manager in store located on 4008 Boston rd bronx ny 10466, after an argument about the bill, at my mechanic shop located at 4028 Boston rd bronx ny 10475 .
The manager started cursing me out in front of my customers and workers .
This happened after i discovered that i have been paying a lot extra money on brakes and rotors . I was not getting the package discount .. even though the managers there used to tell me that you are getting the discount . However i need a regional manager to contact me asap [protected]
Im going to open the files and try to get all the discount that, that i was blinded on, also I'm requesting a transfer for the manager that disrespected me, . My company name is bruces car care center ; i currently spend over $2000 in parts from parts company other than autozone because i never got the treatment t wish from autozone at that location which is right next door to my shop .

AutoZone employees and management

giving you a one-star because I have to otherwise it would have been a big fat zero. I have never been so disgusted and appalled at the same time. I walk into a store with two employees and older man and a kid working at the counter nobody else was in there. I needed help. I needed to find the screws to mount my license plates to my new vehicle I didn't know what size I am not a mechanic or a trade person whatsoever. I don't know certain sizes of screws. So I asked if I could get some help with matching screw sizes. His response to me"You're going to have to go figure that out on your own." The manager wouldn't even help me! He just turned around walked outside to smoke a cigarette. One of the customers that heard the conversation actually walked outside with me to tell me what I needed and to go across the street to O'Reilly's and that's exactly what I did. So did he. He was shocked by what he heard. I have shopped with AutoZone for years, spent tons of money. I will never walk the foot in any of your stores nationwide again! I wound up spending three times as much money with O'Reilly's because not only did they treat me with respect and dignity that I deserve as a paying customer, they mounted the plates for me. While these two guys over at AutoZone are screwing around disrespecting clients, and not doing their job. They don't deserve to work You're losing business because of those two. I tell you what if I ever caught my employee treating a customer like that they'd be fired on the spot. I expect corporate to do something about this

AutoZone 5369 employee - eliza escuita

I ordered a starter via phone (vic) on 8/6/2019 and I went to autozone 5369 - 730 n. Azusa avenue west covina, ca branch that same day. Upon picking up, the person helping me was a new employee of autozone and I asked him if I would get my $40 back once I returned the old starter (core). He responded, no! I knew that he is a new employee and probably he doesn't know yet. He called this lady eliza escuita. I asked her the question and she said, yes you will get your $40 back when I return the core (in a not so ideal manner). After she answered, while she was walking fast away from me, I asked her another question. I asked if I will get my $40 back... Then she interrupted me and said: "you already asked that question! He heard it! He is my witness! She was referring to the new employee! I told her that yes I did ask a similar question but my question was:"if I will get my $40 back when I return the core in cash or would it be debited to the card I used"? The employee was so disrespectful of me saying I am rude and I kept asking the same questions! I was just there to pick-up my order and clarify things that are not clear with me. I work as a manager and I always teach my employees to be respectful of customers even if their questions annoys you. I just have to bring this to your attention, that a employee such as eliza escuita can ruin autozone's good name. As for me, as I talked to the store manager (george karmel), I told him that I would never again set foot of his store because of the disrespect I got for just picking up my order and asked questions.

AutoZone customer service/ management

I work at Advance Auto Parts and travel an hour everyday to do so. I pass through Abbeville & Auto zone is the only parts house there. About 7:30pm my belt started sqilling & had to stop to tighten my retainer.. I parked in front went and asked if I could use a tool to tighten my belt..a Grey shirt lady said if I didn't have $30 0to rent the tool & that I could not use with her out there just right outside, that there is nothing else She can do for me...i had to call my dad from 25miles away to bring a socket and Rachel.. i just needed to tighten a Bolt!. She was rude, non professional, didn't want to try and help me and told me you used to work here you know the policy.. I have sent many cust to that store if we didn't have in stock.. I will never refer any one again herworst customer service ever...

My husband has worked for auto zone 5 yrs never had to deal with a Hostile environment until moving to Pensacola his co worker which is a PSM Richard Brooks of store #4949 has threaten my husband by telling customers, and fellow employee that he is gong to make sure that my husband get fired. Richard Brook is also friends with the store manager Sam, Richard lied to Sam and said my Husband cursed him out when all my Husband asked for was his password . My husband missed a meeting on Nov 12 and was told buy the store manager that she was not going to write him up then 10 days later she did .My husband loves helping customers and love his job also I feel that this location is holding him back it is no secret to anyone he wants a transfer he has told Curry the DM several of times been asking to get out this store for 3 months now Curry dodges his managers . He also allow his store manager Sam to sit in the back and do nothing not even engaged with the customers .My husband is very devoted to this company and if this how you allow managers to treat other managers, and store managers to allow it . Auto zone needs to reevaluate who they have in charge of there stores!

AutoZone I need receipt number &limited warranty info dated back 2017 at auto records?

please note me my familys &etc, been shopping at auto for 25 plus, some one at the store made a mistake by puting such info in computer of took it out on bout say two years ago my wife and i brought an item a water pump kit for a total $119, 00 plus taxs.for some reason they found the warrant info two week ago but now they can not find such warranty info of phone numbers now, and the only phone numbers we, ll use are [protected], [protected], [protected] or [protected] them is the only number we, ll have use unless some one at the store took it out . please look into this matters for me, and i will thank you, ll very very much.you can contact me at [protected] or [protected].thanks a lot.

AutoZone dead duralast autozone car battery

I purchased what was supposed to be a new car battery on March 2, 2018. After 2.5 months of its purchase the battery was dead. On July 6, 2019 the Dura Last Battery died for a 3rd time in a little over a year, which tells me the battery was defective from the outset. The Part Number is: 78-DLG. The SKU Number is: 000053436. Expiration Date is: March 2, 2023. I purchased a brand new battery from Walmart on July 9, 2019. How can you make this situation right?

AutoZone foul smelling drunk employee

Me and my husband visit this Autozone location for all of our automobile needs and have came in numerous times to a Caucasian male with the name tag Derrick drunk and smelling horribly bad of body odor and alcohol.. Yesterday July 20, 2019 around 5:15pm we entered the store and upon entering this location the smell of alcohol slapped you in the face of opening the door there where two other gentlemen and a female present helping other customers I walk in d to the area that this character Derrick was at and upon approaching the counter top he was drooling a lil bit could barely hold his eyes open could barely stand the whole time assisting us with a belt look up he kept slurring and swaying he smelled horribly bad of a foul odor amongst a strong alcohol smell, when he went to retrieve the belt he staggered so he bad he grabbed the shelving to hold him up the female employee had to bring him back home he was so drunk this is not the first time I have came into this store with this employee like this I did not know AUTOZONE HIRES ALCOHOLICS AND KETS THEM COME AND GET TO WORK AND BE ON THE CLOCK WHILE DELIBERATELY INTOXICATED i will not return I do not want to receive no feed back from AUTOZONE this is a disgrace I was disgusted hearing ither customers complain of his drunken state of mind.

AutoZone employee

While at autozone I encountered a gray shirt employee throwing things, arguing with a customer and being very rude I believe that his name was Ted. I also seen another gray shirt employee disrespecting a red shirt employee in front of the entire shore full of customers I believe her name was Sarah. While this was all going on I felt that I was getting attack and I felt so horrible for the young girl that was being verbally attacked by the gray shirt employee and I Am astonished by how these employees can get away with such disrespect and how they make their employees feel. This young lady left the store crying and I feel so bad for her. . The way that this company is treating its employees is outrageous and so disgusting. I am disgusted and appalled by the way that this company talks to its employees and the way they run their store. I would never let my child be employeed by this company because of the way they are talked to and treated. I will never shop at autozone again and I plan on taking my business to Napa where they know how to talk and treat their employees with more respect. I will tell my friends and community to never shop at autozone again.

AutoZone employment

I've worked for the company 6 months now and I've been targeted from management this is the worst company to ever work for please avoid it at all cost the manager told me that it's ok no one will miss and I've been told I'm lying even tho we have cameras. The managers are unprofessional and don't care about the customers they make fun of a guy with special needs who comes in on a bike for a batteries. I've been told by the DM that he doesn't believe a word I've said even tho I've asked for a transfer for months away from all of the drama. I also had a member of management message me on Facebook being ignorant.

AutoZone rear hatch struts... wrong product.

I purchased rear support shocks for my 2003 Explorer. After I installed them the rear hatch was very hard to close. I figured that the shocks were new and thus, hard to overcome. After a few days I went to close the hatch and it was extremely hard to close. The area where the hinges are was pulled out and the door wouldn't close properly. After some time passed I went back to the store and asked them to check the part number on the shocks. Well come to find out, the shocks were for an Expedition which you know is a much larger vehicle. The manager replaced the shocks with the correct ones. The problem is that the heavier shocks caused the hatch to be pushed up and bent the area where the hinges mount. Now my rear hatch won't close correctly so I have to slam the hatch which I'm afraid is going to eventually break the glass on the hatch. Also my door ajar light stays on all the time. What can we do about this. I'll try to send some pictures of the damage. I don't see a place for my contact information so...

AutoZone use of debit card for services

Im furious about the fact that when I made a purchase at this place I found that the part Inhad purchased was no what was wrong with my car so i attempted to return the part for a full refund. When doing so the amount should have been refunded inatantly back to my card but instead i have been told by my card company i am required to wait 3-5 business dayd which makes absolutely no sense considering i paid in the store and not online...i should have recieved my money back that same moment in returned the product not 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS LATER. I WOULD LIKE IT IF YOUNGUYS CAN CHANGE THAT AND ISSUE MY MONEY BACK LIKE YESTERDAY!

I purchased an alternator online to pick up in store. I was charged an additional $60 for a core charge. I had called the store prior to my purchase and asked if the core charge wold be credited back to my debit card immediately upon bringing in my old alternator and was told "YES, it would".

I asked again when I picked up the part and gave them my old one, "Will the core charge be reversed on my card immediately?" Again, I was told "YES".

Hours later, nothing appears to have been credited to my account so I go to the store and now they say, "It could take up to 24 hours, depending on your bank".

I have been with my bank for many years and know that as soon as something is credited or debited, it appears immediately on my online statement as "pending".

So I called AdvancedAuto Customer Service. Was on hold for nearly an hour waiting for "the next available representative". Who told me that it will take 3 - 5 BUSINESS days (today is Thursday so it will actually be 5-7 days) for my account to be credited, depending on my bank.

I called my bank and they çonfirmed that EVERY credit or debit appears on my online statement as "pending" the moment the transaction takes place.

VERY deceitful business practice! It isn't my banks fault that it takes so long to receive my credit! They didn't have to wait 3-5 business days for my bank to pay them for my purchase and the core charge; and I shouldn't have to wait to receive credit for the core charge!

They don't tell people up front that they will have to wait 3-5 business days for their company to refund your money because they know that people wouldn't buy from them. Instead, they wait till they are confronted and then blame it on your bank! Wtf? Get your #$@! together AdvancedAuto.

I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this business again and will discourage everyone from purchasing anything from them as well.

U have a service driver that works at. 3750 State St, South Salt Lake, UT 84115 her name is. Autumn shaw while she is at work and driving ur company's vechicals she makes videos while driving and post them on line this concerns me because she is putting the public at harm's way because if she is doin this she is not paying attention to the road and her surroundings and could seriously harm some one or even kill them I don't know if any thing will be done about this but it has to be brought to some Ines attention she is doin this

AutoZone unprofessionalism in the workplace.

My name is Joseph Kamber and I am a current employee at Autozone on Irving Park and Narragansett. I have several complaints about the unprofessionalism of the store manager Valentin Rivera. I have been with the company since 2017 October and learned a lot of things that I plan to take with me in my career path, but recently there has been many situations that I have tried to call meetings on, as I feel the need to address issues to the entire Auto Zone staff. To name a few they had to do with stealing. Money going missing and mistakes go unsettled. I feel as an employee who takes pride in his job and helping customers that this has affected by attitude working at this shop. The reason for this complaint is for the recent incident, today. June 5, 2019 Valentine Rivera came to my address, mind you i live exactly five minutes from the job, on my day off to ask about a stolen vehicle from our shop. He didn't call me he rang family's doorbell until I was notified valentine was at my address. I called him which I don't seem to understand why he didn't call me especially not after getting an answer at the door. He told me when I called him that one of shop vehicles stolen do I know anything about it. Police want to make sure he asks all management. I don't drive any of the commercial vehicles at the shop, I have no license and never touch car keys. With that being said he gave me Tuesday and Wednesday off this week so I was not at work. When I try to address frustration in the matters, I get put down that no matter how long I been there it means nothing, and nothing gets handled. But if I come in late or I sign off on a short drawer, which that is my big issue, I get written up and Val even told me that I am on the edge of losing my job. I do my best and I am honest always. I give more than 100 percent and always working. I can definitely correct my tardiness absolutely but I feel something needs to be done. Red shirts are auditing drawers, management giving them information that should be brought to closing managers. I don't know what has come of this place. I am currently planning on getting my drivers license for a better position.

AutoZone service

Hello I was at the AutoZone at 3715 western ave Chicago il 60618 around 5 yesterday and there were only 2 employees there. There was a black female sitting around doing absolutely nothing besides listening to inappropriate "trap" music with tons of profanity and disgusting lyrics. Not only that she was blasting this music for the entire store to hear. I asked her to turn it down which she did but had a [censored]ty attitude about it. AutoZone horrible employee treatment

Company doesn't care about the personal lives of the employees. I had to take off because my brother was in the hospital, and was told that i cannot take off because i would get written up and two people already called out. The company doesn't care about the employee, only thing they care about is keeping the store open and customers happy. The company is very selfish.

AutoZone waiting for parts/customer service

I visited the Auto Zone in South Elgin, IL - 209 Randall Rd. on 5/4/19. Ordered parts and was told they would be ready by 3:00pm. Then was told 7:00pm. Allegedly, truck was not coming because it was the "end of work day" for driver. Now, was told by 11:00 am 5/5/19 parts would be at store. Called and called. NO PARTS! At 1:40pm on 5/5/19 was told there was a big mix up and now we have to wait until 5:00pm for parts. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I refuse to let this go unnoticed! I plan to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau and post my experience and ALL platforms of social media!

AutoZone workers slacking off

Through the months of January 2016 to May 2016, two store mangers where having sexual relationships inside the store I would go often to the autozone on Clayton road concord ca. Often the store closed early. I went to the store at a decent time the next day to only find that the young lady is going into the bathroom with a male both grey shirts. Leaving people in the front with long lines I believe the manager name is tidal harris she stated.

AutoZone lack of customer service/wrong parts/rude

I went to AutoZone in Ontario Oregon to get u joints for my Ford truck a rude lady named Samantha who I'd had issues with in the past that never gives me the right parts gives me the u-joints I get home to find out the u-joints on my truck can't be replaced you have to replace the driveline so I call the store back and I get Samantha and she's rude on the phone tells me they don't sell the total available or the other u-joints to replace these ones so I hang up I call back I get some guy that answered the phone rude didn't even get his name tells me they don't sell drivelines and I said well I'm looking at them right now on your website and he hung up on me. and everytime I get points built up to where I should get my $20 free my account gets wiped out I spend enough in the last month to get free bonus plus should have a couple more credits and conveniently I only have 2 credits from what I bought last week in this week.
