Bought a 2018 *** Transit Van and I figured out why this dealership is doing well. It's all about referrals and repeat business. Make sure your customers are happy and they get a good *** way to do business.

I gotta say, Autos of Chicago really knows how to keep their customers satisfied. I recently snagged myself a 2018 *** Transit Van from them, and boy, am I impressed! This dealership clearly understands the importance of word-of-mouth and loyal customers. They go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy, and that's a smart *** way to do business.

This dealership, Autos of Chicago, really took advantage of a single mom like me who has two kids and relies heavily on having a car. It's just not right. I noticed that they have some reviews from family members, which seems a bit fishy to me. This place feels like it's here today, gone tomorrow. I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone. It's just really disappointing. They're all a bunch of losers and cheats.

This car dealership is good cuz they don't push you to buy and they got lots of cars that are priced fair. I'm happy with how everything went and I'd have no prob telling others about 'em.

That gave me plenty of time to think 'bout what I really wanted and how much I could afford. Ended up buyin' a 2017 *** Civic Coupe and they helped me get it financed.

I wanna talk about my experience with Autos of Chicago! I got my dream car, a Land Rover, about a month ago after searching for 4 months. I'm really glad I waited because I'm super happy with my new car. I worked with *** and *** and they were awesome to deal with, not pushy at all. They even helped me buy 4 new tires for my other car. Thanks a lot, guys!

My experience at Autos of Chicago was great in every way and I would definitely recommend them. They have a really good selection of autos to choose from in different price ranges. The sales people let me look around without any pressure to buy and they later answered all my questions. I ended up buying a 2017 *** Outback in excellent condition and I was able to get it financed. Thank you.

Autos of Chicago, formerly known as Sardar Motors, is a car dealership that I recently had a not-so-great experience with. I purchased a car from them with the VIN number *** on March 15, 2022. The problem is, the pictures they showed of the car made it look like a fancy Jaguar XKR, but when I got the title, it turned out to be a Jaguar XK priced lower. That's not cool.

But that's not all. When the car was delivered to me, I noticed a bunch of safety issues that the dealer conveniently forgot to mention. The brakes were worn out, the windshield was cracked and scored, and there was even a welded aluminum wheel because of some damage. On top of that, they had re-badged the whole car to make it look like a Jaguar XKR, which it clearly wasn't. There were other things that were worn out or missing too.

I tried reaching out to the owners through letters, phone calls, and emails, but they haven't bothered to respond. It's frustrating. I mean, I just want them to fix these safety issues and bring the car up to the standards required by NITSA. The total cost to do that would be $2,541.32.

To make matters worse, the ComplaintsBoard.com (ComplaintsBoard.com) has given this business an "F" rating. That's not a good sign. So, I'm turning to the ComplaintsBoard.com for help in resolving these problems. I hope they can assist me in getting the owners to take responsibility for their actions.
