Went to Auto Spa Of Maryland LLC for a car wash and they messed up my inside rear view mirror. Happened on 10/18. I got the Standard wax service for 44 bucks.

I went to Auto Spa Of Maryland LLC on 2/6/22. I got the fancy service for my car 'cause it was all salty from the road. But when I got it back, it was still dirty and messed up. The front and back were still dirty, and they didn't even clean the undercarriage like I paid for. Plus, they ripped off a piece of molding from the roof and scratched up the back panels. When I asked them to fix the molding, the owner Michael came out and started cussing at me and threatening me. He said it wasn't his fault 'cause all Toyotas have messed up molding. But that's not even the point! They didn't even do a good job washing my car, and now it's damaged.

When they finished, my car wouldn't start, the check engine light was on, and the shifter service message was on too. They jump-started it, but the navigation system still wouldn't come on, and the check engine light was still on. I got the car checked out, and it turned out that Auto Spa had drained the battery so much that they had to reset the computer system to fix the problem. They left the car kinda on with the doors open and everything turned on for too long. The cost to fix it was 231.50$. Michael D. said he was the owner, and he did the jump start. He won't pay for the damages.
