Auto Knight Inc Scammed by these people

They claimed in a postcard they sent me that my Gap Waiver Policy with them was expiring. I do not have a policy with them. My Gap Waiver policy is good for another 2 1/2 years. Why did they try to scam me? It caused me to call several people and took up valuable time. I had to call my insurance company, and the dealership and the lender to find out it was only a sales tactic.

Desired outcome: Have them stop mailing out this scam.

Fraudulent denial of valid tire replacement claim

I believe that Auto Knight is fraudulently denying my Tire & Wheel claim because of the number of times I have had to use it. I actually had 4 tires replace on 4/5/2011, two of which were still under warranty, then on 4/30/2011, one of the new tires that were part of the claim on 4/5/11, got a nail in it and needed to be replaced again.
