Customer Service
I tried to get help with a claim from Central Mutual Insurance. It took two months for this adjuster to give me the correct information after he was blatantly beyond unprofessional. I asked for correct paperwork and defended myself I was told not to contact them again. Receiving no correct paperwork. I spoke to a supervisor about the situation and wasn't even offered an apology for the situation he caused. Very disappointed in the company. Horrible customer service.
Desired outcome: Customer service training on professionalism for these persons
Terrible company
My car was hit by a client of Central Ins. Company, P.O. 353 Van Wert, Ohio 45891. My vehicel was totaled, being it was 19 years old they figured it is only worth $600.00. Which is Bull----. The car ran great, it only had 76, 000 mi. on it and I had just put $340. 00 in it for a new alternator and 2 ew fron tires.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I can agree that Central is indeed one of the worst insurance companies i've ever known of. I've had my home insured by them since 1993.They just sent me a letter of cancelation which will take effect in Dec. First i must say i've never missed payment and i've never had any claims until this year when my house had roof damage due to hail as we suffered a tornado in our area this year.Their reason(s) were "# 1-handrail needed on a stoop." Never been an issue since 1993. #2-" Paint on the house" 3 sides have Vynyl and the 4th is to be done soon. Though one of the sides is paited brick to match Vynyl and the rest of the remaining painted area was just done in2007. #3-"we need dog breeds" Somy 3 little Schnauzers which weigh 10-13lbs max ea is a "increased chance for loss" as they put it ? Time to find better options.
