Butler Nissan of Macon I buy car from them and they do 160 point check but they miss body damage that was covered up good

I buy car from them and they do 160 point check but they miss body damage that was covered up good. Car fax say no accidents. Few weeks later we see damage and tell Gary T but he do nothing and send us to Chris. Chris say car belong to us now and they can't do anything. So we buy car and now have to pay for body work. Car look fine when we buy it but 3 weeks later it fall apart. I don't want to deal with dealership that leave you high and dry like that. Butler Nissan not get my business again.

i told butler nissan not to email me, but they keep sending me emails every day. i tried to unsubscribe but they still keep sending me emails. it's really annoying and i wish they would stop.

Butler Nissan of Macon I bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder in 2-2020

I bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder in 2-2020. Then, in 6-2020, I bought a 5-year warranty to make it 8 years. The warranty should end in 2028, but the paperwork said 2025. I asked Mr. Darrin T about it, and he said he would call me back next Tuesday. He didn't. I tried to call him, but he was at home. He said he would call me back, but he didn't. I left a message for him and the manager, but no one called me back. I called Greg, who sold me the car, and he got Mr. Darrin T to call me back. He wanted more money, but I said I shouldn't have to pay more. He said I should cancel the warranty and get a refund. But I think they will ask for more money if I do that. So I decided to contact ComplaintsBoard.com.

Butler Nissan of Macon I went to Butler Nissan of Macon in May and talked to the finance guy about getting a refund for my gap insurance and platinum package

I went to Butler Nissan of Macon in May and talked to the finance guy about getting a refund for my gap insurance and platinum package. He said he would submit the paperwork on Monday and it would take 8-10 weeks to get my money back. But it's now July and I still haven't gotten my refund. I tried emailing and leaving a voicemail for the same guy, but he didn't answer. I waited a few more weeks and then called the company that handles the policies. They said my refund was just filed in July and I should get it in August. I went to the dealership on a weekend, but the person who could give me the check wasn't there. They called me on Monday and said I could pick up the check on Friday after work. But when I got there, the check was for the wrong amount. They said they would call me on Monday, but they didn't. I called on Tuesday, but he was off. I left a message today, but he still hasn't called me back. This should have been taken care of in June, but it's still not fixed. I've been waiting long enough.
