I wanted to say the Katie in customer service goes above and beyond most any Customer service representatives I have encountered
I wanted to say the Katie in customer service goes above and beyond most any Customer service representatives I have encountered. After I initially purchased my extended warranty she explained everything in detail and gave me all her contact info so I could reach her if I had any questions. She reassured me of my purchase and left me feeling comfortable and without any questions or regrets in my decision to buy this extended warranty from auto defender Diamond plan. Then after I read through the contract she again answered all my questions and removed any doubts I was experiencing . So I just wanted to say I wish all customer service representatives were as accommodating and professional and courteous as Katie on customer service!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

If it is so great, why won't they let you out of the so-called 'contract'? Any reputable company doesn't hold you HOSTAGE to their company, as Auto-Defender is doing to a lot of people.
