I had to buy a bunch of warranties that I didn't want, but they told me it was necessary to buy the car. I have great credit, but now my payment is very high because of the warranty. I went back the next day to ask them to remove the warranty, but they said it couldn't be done. Then I called the bank, and they said it wasn't true. So, when I called them again and threatened to get a lawyer, they finally emailed me a form to cancel the warranty. However, it still hasn't been removed.

Me and my wife bought a car on 7 August . That same night, the car threw a drivetrain code. We took it straight back to Audi so they could figure out and fix the problem. A couple days later, Audi said they took the car to the brand dealership and fixed the issue. We drove the car for one day and the drivetrain code came back. So, we took the car to the brand dealer ourselves to find out what was wrong. The brand dealer said Audi never brought the car in for service and that there was a big problem with it (which took 3 weeks to fix). We also bought the maintenance plan from Audi Orange Park and want to cancel it and get our money ($1844.00) back. Because Audi was dishonest and had shady business practices, I would never go back to them or recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used car (Volvo S60) from Audi Orange Park on 09/04 for more than 15,000.00. They said the car only needed an oil change, which they claimed to do on the same day. I waited for hours while they supposedly changed the oil and cleaned the car. However, just one week later, the oil change light came on. I called and the manager, Mr., told me that older used cars need more frequent oil changes. He didn't offer to have the car checked at the store. I ended up paying for the oil change myself. After a month and a half, not only is the oil indicator on again, but the check engine light is also on. I filed several complaints through their website, but no one from Audi has contacted me. They never informed me about any necessary repairs for the car, in fact, they did the opposite. They deceived me into spending over 15,000.00 on a car that has issues. They are like predators, taking advantage of people like me who are single women with limited car knowledge and a trusting nature. I would never have bought the car for this price if I knew it would only run without problems for a week or so.

We bought a car from Orange Park Audi, part of the Hanania group, and it turned out to be unsafe and not roadworthy. We purchased a used Volvo C70 from Orange Park Audi, part of the Hanania Group, on 1/25. They said the car had gone through a thorough inspection and was in great condition. They also assured us that any issues would have been fixed before selling it. They mentioned a 30-day warranty that could be found online. The car had regular maintenance according to the car fax. It needed new tires, which we didn't think was a big deal for a used car. While signing the papers, we were asked to sign an "As-is" paper, which we questioned since we were told about the warranty. They said it was part of the process and the online warranty was more important. The online warranty stated that all vehicles from Orange Park Audi, Hanania Group come with a 30-day or 3,000-mile warranty. So we signed everything and took the car to our mechanic for inspection. Usually, I do this before buying a car, but they didn't allow it. Within five minutes of sitting in the car, my mechanic noticed a potential safety issue with the steering. He drove the car and confirmed there was a serious mechanical problem. He suggested taking it to a specialized local mechanic. I went back to Orange Park Audi, Hanania Group and explained the situation to my salesman. He checked with the managers and they refused to speak with us directly. I asked them to check the car for the steering problem, but they said I had to pay for it. We went to the recommended mechanic who found more issues with the steering, rear brakes, rotors, and u-joint. They believed that Orange Park Audi, Hanania Group couldn't have missed these problems. Now two mechanics agreed on the same diagnosis. I got the brakes, u-joint, and rotors fixed, but the steering needed to be fixed by a Volvo dealership. I took it there and they confirmed the steering was bad and the car was highly unsafe. Three mechanics agreed, while Orange Park Audi, Hanania Group claimed their inspection was thorough. Within 24 hours of buying the car and within 30 days, I spent $4,200 on necessary repairs that were missed by Orange Park Audi, Hanania Group. It's concerning to think that our lives were at risk while driving this car.
