I gave 3000$ for a 2014 Ford Mustang on November 1, 2022. After having the car for three weeks, the gas gauge stopped working and started giving incorrect readings. The gas tank began leaking, and the passenger side got so wet that I can scoop water with a cup. As soon as I noticed these issues, I took my car back to Morlan Ford. It's now March, and they have had to take my car back four times for the same problems. They haven't fixed anything and won't return my calls, refund me, or trade me out.

On 10/23, I purchased an '07 GMC Sierra Truck from Morlan Ford Lincoln. They promised to service and clean the truck, but unfortunately, neither of these tasks were completed. I specifically requested them to fix the door handle on the passenger side, but they refused to do so. Additionally, I had an oil change on Thursday, and by Monday, the oil had completely dried up. When I informed them about this issue, they refused to take any action. Moreover, the transmission was slipping, but they declined to fix it, claiming that it was already a year old. The truck is also burning oil and cannot pass inspection due to an exhaust leak. To make matters worse, there is no radio in the truck. When I asked for a refund, they refused, stating that the purchase had already been funded. Furthermore, they have not provided me with the title for the vehicle.

They did work on my car without permission while they had it for 7 weeks to change a part that was recalled. I drove my car there and it was working fine. After they replaced the recalled part, they also replaced another part that I didn't want them to and charged me for it. When I tried to leave, my car was completely undriveable. I had to pay $130 to have it towed, and an additional $40 for each day it was there. I gave them my car on July 5th and had an appointment. I got it back on August 5th, but it was still undriveable. It broke down as soon as I tried to leave their property. I told them about it, but they said it was already towed in, which is not true and can be easily proven. There are many more details that I can provide, but I can't fit them all here.

We traded our Chevy Silverado for a 2016 Ford Escape from Morlan Ford in Sikeston, MO. When we got it, they didn't give us a title. They said it was a new trade and they didn't have the title yet, so we took the car. We bought it on 2/19/22 and made our first payment on 3/22/22. Now, we're about to make our second payment and still no title. We've contacted ***, the person who sold us the car, multiple times about the titles. We have screenshots of our conversations, but he just says he doesn't know or he'll check and then we don't hear anything back. It's been 2 months and still no title. We can't get them to fix this issue. We want either a title for our car or a different car with the same monthly payments since they can't find our title. The back door panel is broken and the AC doesn't work. The guy who sold it to us said he would fix it because it was already broken when we bought it, but now they won't do it without us paying.
