Terrible
I am extremely disappointed with AuctionMaxx because my item was damaged. When I realized that my item arrived damaged I contacted AuctionMaxx right away and asked for help. They didn't do anything to help and every time when I called they put me on hold. I was not able to get my money back and was stuck with a defective product. Lesson learned, I will never buy anything from this site again. Their customer service is terrible and it seems like they don't care about anything.

The REAL problem is the Owner- Melissa Martin see complaints on The Better Business Bureau. As she has no skills in Dispute Resolution, Customer Service, Ethics or Integrity and refuses to be Accountable, the staff reflects her Management style and abides by her rules. Unfortunately, I too have been treated unprofessionally and am forced to pursue further action.
The item was a little bit defective, but the owner refused to take it back
I wouldn’t recommend the company AuctionMaxx because of their unethical actions. I have bought the item and when it was delivered, I found out that there were scratches and it wasn’t kept properly. I contacted the owner and explained the problem, but this man said that I had only 14 days to return the order and this time passed, so he couldn’t help me. It was the worst services, which I had ever had.
They treat people badly. Been a customer for years and they closed my account unfairly.
I am disappointed in their people skills. They have many customers now so they have forgotten about the people who have been with them for years. No courtesy, no interpersonal skills, bad customer service, from management downward.
