Yo, listen up, I gotta share my straight up experience with Upzy when I copped a go-kart for my lil' tikes. I was mad wary 'bout getting something so big online. But I looked all around and ya boi found Upzy. They had a legit selection and sweet prices. Plus, they answered my emails, which was key. Yo, so I was tryna find a dope lawnmower for a minute, and my homies told me to check out Masport. I was mad hyped on their products, but couldn't find nobody in the US that shipped 'em out. I did some digging online, and Upzy had a huge selection of Masport gear! So, I copped me a SPV 3-in-1 mower and it came through in just 5 days. I felt like I was back in high school, listening to my classmates' terrible excuses as to why they didn't do their homework.

Finally, after four long months, my bike arrived. Hurray! But it was short-lived excitement. Quickly, it became apparent that the battery was faulty. Like, seriously faulty. And guess what? Prodecotech said they couldn't replace it because they were waiting for the "next batch" from Taiwan. What kind of excuse is that? I mean, do they really not have a single battery left? I was beyond frustrated at this point.

So, naturally, I turned to Upzy for help. And you know what they said? They told me to keep trying to contact the manufacturer. Um, excuse me - isn't that what I've been doing for the past four months?! I couldn't believe it. In the end, I had to take matters into my own hands and find a third-party battery replacement.

Overall, I have to say that my experience with Upzy wasn't great. While they have a decent selection of products, their customer service left a lot to be desired. And when it came to helping me resolve my issues with Prodecotech, they were a complete letdown. If you're considering buying from them, just be aware that you may not be getting the top-notch customer service that you deserve.

They told me that if I wanted to return the product, I'd have to pay for shipping both ways, plus they'd hit me with a pretty steep 15% restocking fee. I suspect that their strategy is to wait for the 15 days to pass so they can tell me that it's too late to get a refund or return of any kind. I sent an email to this guy named Joe on May 22nd to see about getting the wrong scooter sent back, and it's now July 1st and we're still no closer to resolving this mess. Joe told me they want to charge $30 for restocking and shipping, which I think is totally outrageous. He tried to tell me that if I returned something to a brick-and-mortar store I'd have to spend money on gas, but c'mon, that seems like a weak argument to me.

Plus, on top of everything else, they haven't even sent me information about where to send the scooter back! It's been over six weeks now, and I feel like I'm getting the runaround. To top it off, Joe's latest email basically told me to just sell the scooter myself or give it away if I don't want it (which doesn't help with my refund at all, mind you).

I asked Joe to at least waive some of the fees since it's taken so dang long to get this resolved, but of course he just shut me down. Honestly, the customer service here is just downright terrible. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Upzy.

After trying out a bunch of other models, I ultimately decided to go with this one because of all the great reviews I read on it. And let me tell you, those reviews weren't kidding. This baby is equipped with top-of-the-line components and for a fraction of the cost of other options out there!

Now, I know some of you might be hesitant because it's made in Taiwan, but trust me, it's still a great machine. Just make sure you measure your xseam before you make your purchase. I'm a 41" and it fit me perfectly.
